After they left, I went to look at the carpet they just cleaned and the spots I got the carpet cleaning for in the first place were still there. I’m not sure why they didn’t have me check before they left? Or at least let me know if there was a reason they didn’t get the spots out? They went through pretty quick…definitely not worth the money I paid. The technicians were very friendly and they came on time, but the cleaning doesn’t seem thorough

I really liked the idea of no residue on the carpets and the price was good ($33 per room). We had our entire house cleaned in 3 phases so we could move all the furniture out of the rooms getting cleaned. Our home is 30 years old and I dont know for sure but I think the original carpets are still in but they are in pretty good shape, just needed a cleaning. After several of the rooms and the stairs were cleaned, I could see dirt streaks still in the carpet. At first I thought it was just the wet carpet and once it dried the streaks would disappear, not so. I thought after vacuuming it a couple of times they would go away, not so. I had zerorez come back and redo those rooms and the staircase (which they did for free) but it didnt make much of a difference. The streaks are still there. The redo job also was really really fast so I dont think they were very thorough the 2nd time and the carpets dried in about 4 hours vs 12 + hours the first time through. It will take a long time for your carpets to dry even with fans blowing on them the entire time.The employees were very kind and did a great job of protecting the corners of the rooms to keep the walls from getting scraped but one of them left puddles on my staircase which got in the wood and now it shows a watermark on it that I cant get out.I will not waste my money on having them come back next time I need my carpets cleaned. Soap really does work a lot better even if it does leave a residue.

Scheduling did not go well there was a miscommunication and didn’t show up . After I called and rearranged date which was quick. They were on time. Very pleasant, knew what they were doing. Made a 31 yr old carpet look new and also an area rug look new despite tons of stains . I was about ready to replace it and thought I would give it a shot with cleaning. Ryan and Sam even got stain out of antique chair that had been there for 40 yrs from oil marks from head resting against the back. I would have given 5 stars but scheduling mishap but give Ryan and Sam 10 . They were in and out fast but we’re very meticulous. Will use this company again and ask for same technician’s.

Scheduling an appointment was easy, although it did take a while to get in touch with someone to do so. The office overbooked my technician, which caused him to be a couple of hours late arriving, but they did offer a discount for the inconvenience. The technician, Drew, was very professional and polite. He explained everything clearly to me and made sure I was satisfied with the services before he left. He also made an extra effort to engage with my toddler who was curious and interested in what he was doing. Because of the technician, I will be a return customer.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Hunter did a great job helping explain what would be best for pet stains on the carpets, and he was very efficient- cleaned my mostly carpeted 3 floor house in less than 2 hrs. Although I think the cost is high, payment was also quick and easy.

He showed up when he said he would, he was very respectful of our household and took care not to damage any walls with the hose which is why I got rid the last company who cleaned my carpets. I’m glad I did because Zane was able to remove stains that I had been told were permanent. He worked them until the carpet was spotless. I’ll definitely being calling zerorez again and requesting Zane.

Zeroreez did an AMAZING job cleaning our carpets! So much more effective than what weve tried to do ourselves in years past. Ben was here when they said hed be here, he was really friendly and professional, and he was an efficient worker. And Im sure this isnt always the case, but he even got nail polish out of our carpet. (Our two year old dumped out a whole bottle of blue polish a few months ago. I tested it extensively at the time with nail polish remover, but it was still really bad. Now we cant even tell where it was and we knew where to look for it!) Thats going to save us a whole lot of money now that we dont have to replace it! Id definitely use them again and I will definitely refer them to family and friends.

I had Zerorez come out to clean my couch. It was looking really good until it was fully dry. I noticed a few grayish streaks on my couch on one of the arms and one of the cushions. Since I have a white couch, these errors are very noticeable. This makes me believe that they skimp out on fully removing all the dirt from a couch, in a hurry to get to the next home. If this was a brown or grey couch, you would have never seen it so just be aware. However, the rest of the couch they did take the time on looks great and almost brand new.

The prices were very reasonable and affordable. I used the $33/room special. We did 4 rooms, a hallway & stairway. I would use them again and recommend them.

Good. Showed up on time, didnt try to up charge. They had the quote I was given when I scheduled and they didnt try to go over. Plus they took time to put protectors over the corners of my walls to avoid scratching the paint.

Pricing was not clear for their pet/urine treatment. They said it was $50 dollars a room, but that was on top of their cleaning rate. I thought it was $50 instead of $33. Was slapped with a twice than expected bill of $750 instead of $350. Called customer service and asked for clarification, but because I’d already paid, they said there was nothing they could do. I feel like I was bait and switched. So disappointed with the poor communication and do not recommend. Services were otherwise fine.

These guys were great to work with. Easy to schedule and friendly technician. Unfortunately, the effectiveness of the product was very minimal. Due to a promotion, it only cost $250 which was nice, but I struggle to see any difference in the cleanliness of the carpet. I’m disappointed because I had quite high hopes for this product.

I always use Zerorez. The carpets get clean, feel clean, stay clean longer and I can feel good about my friends with allergies entering my home. They do all they can to make things right if you arent happy. I have even used them to clean the soap out of my carpets from previous owners cleaning☺️

Great service! Our technician Coleton B. was awesome and even helped me move a couple of things around to better clean the carpets. Service was fast and Coleton was very nice and courteous. Overall good experience. As far as I can tell, there isnt any lingering smell after the service was performed but, even if there was, it is almost unnoticeable.

We have used Zerorez for several years. We recently had them come for a follow up appointment after a sick pet ruined our recently cleaned carpet. They used a special technique to clean, deodorize, and clean our carpet. While they were here, they also cleaned a wingback chair, area rug, and even tried to remove a grease spot on our driveway…and it worked! Mitch and Drew were friendly and professional. Cost was affordable.
