Went from I cant find a leak but heres a new AC system invoice for $$$$$ to Dave finding a leak within the first 20minutes with a simple bubble test. I also got a quote from him for a new AC system that was more than reasonable and doable. Hes honest and knowledgeable, and he will always be my first choice for anything AC related in the future. David was a godsend. 2 days of over 100 degrees heat and no ac. David returned my call within 30 minutes. Thank you so very much!!! My AC went out last Thursday and called another AC repair company. They came out Monday and told me I needed a new system. Quoted me an enormous amount of money. I say the post for DSI HVAC on Face Book and called right after the other company left. DSI came out the same day I called and told me the news that my system was toast and needed a new one. The price I was quoted was much less than the Other Guys. I decided to go ahead with DSI. When DSI arrived to install the size I was quoted wasnt available so DSI upgraded to the larger size and didnt charge me extra, they knew I had been without AC for almost a week now and it was hot. Install was smooth, they were very professional and friendly. I will use DSI HVAC for all my AC and HVAC needs in the future.

Best experience ever with a contractor. I needed two AC units installed on my older home (1973) . There were a number of aspects of the installation that were technical and I was surprised by how reasonable of a quote I was given.I had to leave for a vacation within a week and I wanted to have the AC installation done before I left. DSI HVAC came on a Thursday and worked through the weekend and the job was completed in just four days. With a 1 year warranty on parts and a 5 year warranty on labor, Im definitely using them for any further HVAC projects.This was a completely stress free project and it was done very professionally. We had to have our AC disconnected to excavate for foundation repairs on our house. It was done super quick and on short notice when we got the start date from the foundation company. Then they worked super hard to get it hooked back up as quickly as possible after the foundation was finished. I swear our AC works better now than it did before! Super good work, very professional and very kind people!

I was very pleased with the speed and service of the repair. I was having issues over the weekend and they answered the phone and tried to help me see if we could diagnose it over the phone to save us some money. David installed our furnace a few years ago and made the whole process super easy. He also did the install in one day, which was nice.More recently we were having some issues with the furnaces fire sensor. We contacted him on a Saturday and he was over within an hour (good timing with finishing another job) but still he wasnt obliged to rush over. He diagnosed the possible issues.He then returned on Monday, first thing in the morning and swapped out the faulty part. Our furnace is working great again within 48 hours of it having issues. Our Utah basement was freezing cold so I called David for a consultation. He arrived on-time and was courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He made several wonderful suggestions about how we might fix our problem--from a rather inexpensive $325 all the way to an $11,000 solution. He spent several hours explaining the varying methodologies and the pros and cons of each. Best experience I have had with having a service company come out to my home. David was right on time, which i loved because of my busy schedule. I reached out to him through messenger asking him for some advice. His response was very quick, and he was more then wiling to come to my home that evening to look at my concerns.David kept in close contact with me that day on times and when he would be able to make it.He showed up when he said he would, he greeted me with a comforted smile introduced himself and was off to work. There really is an honest, fair, respectful, caring, friendly and timely AC repair guy in Salt Lake County! David, of DSI HVAC really knows his stuff! I chose him as my first contact to access and repair my AC because he was Gephardt approved. He arrived on schedule, found that the problem was a fairly easy fix and didnt charge a dime. My 97 year old stepmom lives in the home and cant afford to pay a lot for repairs as she is on a fixed income. We are so grateful to have found an honest and affordable repair technician that if we should need repairs done again, David will be our go-to-guy. We highly recommend DSI HVAC for all your heating and air conditioning needs.They made my day!
