He is quick to respond to my questions and is clear and honest about the whole process of the product especially when I got screen printed shirts. We liked the cutting boards that TLC Impressions made for us, however, we were disappointed at the shipping and tax costs. Lee sent us a quote before we confirmed the order and it said The only items not included on the quote are the freight cost for the order, and any Utah State Sales taxes that may apply. We asked for a rough estimate for shipping and tax and never got an answer. Shipping was $168.59 and taxes were $43.29 adding $200 to our total cost. We would not have ordered from them if we knew what the total cost would have been.
