My family and I have been patients for at least 10 years. We were patients before the new building on bridge street.I have never had an issue. The doctor and dental hygienist are terrific.Sadly, I am now looking for a new dentist office as the office staff is just plain rude.I had an appointment today and had to rearrange my schedule, take time off work, find care for for my daughter, and miss a funeral.Apparently they sent me a text message less than 24 hours before my appointment that I did not see. I asked them to please call me if that happens again and they rudely replied no sorry it is automated. Then told me to reschedule I can take a 2pm appointment at the other office tomorrow, or December. 4 months??

My tooth broke this am- without warning. I called Merrimack Valley Dental and Leslie made sure to get me an appointment right away today. She also said I was due for a cleaning and set everything up. The dental hygienist (Brooke?) was amazing. She took great care of me and made sure I was comfortable because I have a pre-existing condition which it makes it difficult for me to be leaned back. Very pleasant woman who did an excellent job. The dentist came in right away to assess my tooth. He did a fabulous job fixing my broken tooth - its like it never happened. I highly recommend. I have been going to this dental office for over 15 years. There are so many new dentists and dental hygienists. I am also planning on doing their teeth whitening.

I have been going to this dentist’s office for over 10 years (before they moved into the new building). I live 30 minutes away and work an hour away but I still go because I have consistently have good experiences. Always have Patty as my hygienist, she is the best!

I have been seeing Dr. Niarhos for about 20 years now and Ive never had a bad experience. Everyone in my family are patients at Merrimack Valley Dental now too. All the people who work there have always been professional and very nice to deal with. Anytime Ive had an issue with my teeth they always seem to be able to squeeze me in. Great place.

I highly recommended Merrimack Valley Dental in Dracut. The staff is friendly and professional. They’re COVID-19 precautions made feel safe during my cleaning.Before you arrive, the desk staff text you a health survey. I arrived early to my appointment so I waited in my car until my appointment time. I texted the front desk staff that I had arrived. They texted me back when they were ready for me to come inside.I highly recommended this dental office. You won’t be disappointed!

Today my dental hygienist was Brooke and she did such a good job! I’ve dreaded going to the dentist before because they would hurt my mouth but this was by far the least painful dental visit I’ve had

Had a tooth extracted here, the staff is very nice and are excellent at keeping you calm, which makes going to the dentist much less miserable.

Left this place and Im never going back.
