Been using Kirby for years always does an amazing job

I have 2 big dogs and children running around my house all day, by the time Kirby was done, it was like I had new carpets.

Not only Kirby Karpet Kleaning do a wonderful job cleaning our carpets, but they were a pleasure to work with. From setting up the appointment and providing an estimate to the actual cleaning, the entire experience was great. Kirby himself is a very nice guy, we really enjoyed working with him and will do so again.

Kirby does a great job! Always takes the time to move everything and get into even the hidden areas. Have been using Kirby for years and will definitely continue! A bonus is he gives a discount for cash!

Awful service! Kirby could be the rudest man I have ever met. He was an hour late and then phoned me to tell me to get another cleaning service since I was not home at the time he finally showed up which was over an hour late! (I assumed he was not coming after several phone calls and no answer). Also, you will never get someone to answer the phone, it is always a machine! He has cleaned my living room carpet before and I thought he was rude then and was not to impressed with the job, but decided lets give him another chance and now I know better! Do not use this place, he clearly does not need the business, your better off renting a carpet cleaner at your local grocery store (Hannafords has them) for $40 to $60 and it did the job and my carpet looks amazing!!!! Dont pay close to $200 for an attitude!
