Horrible communication with my first experience using this company and progressive insurance!! They Left me stranded on the side of the road because they couldn’t agree on a price and because I was 3 miles further then my 15 mile coverage! I was never offered to pay the difference to get the tow but instead I was left on the side of route 3 for now! No follow up, apology or empathy from this company thanks for nothing! If I could give no stars I would! Google you should change that 100%

R. R. Radiator & Towing did a great job keeping me informed about their ETA to my vehicle and were fast. I was unable to be with my car and they were able to transport it from Lowell, MA to Manchester, NH in great timing.The gentleman who towed my vehicle was extremely nice and very professional. I am grateful that my car was in such great hands. I would definitely use their services again....although I pray I dont need my car towed anytime soon.

Thank you to this gentleman who went out of his way to help me put a headlight bulb in in front of a store we both were shopping at. The employees of the store I bought it at wouldnt assist me and this man stepped right up. Shop at his business! He understands customer service.

Called Ford Roadside assistance, indicated I needed a tow in the Dracut,MA area. Customer service indicated tow truck will arrive in 90 mins, I called R&R to make sure he can tow it due to my vehicle being a dump truck. “ sure let me see what I can do” I get a call from him (R&R) an hour and a half later, saying I can’t do it it’s a dump truck. I requested for them to remove you off their list do to lack of communication. Thanks for wasting my time & Fords time.
