I love living in this community for its tranquility, cleanest environment, gym, pool for summer fun. Theres many restaurants that delivers to the area. Management and maintenance are a great crew. I have live here 10yrs or more and I love being here. My mom loved living here till she pass away 8 years ago.

I always appreciate their awesome customer service! They take great care of the landscape and they have a staff to keep the common areas clean. If you have children, your kid will be bound to make friends, alot of friendly families and kids here.

This place was my home for 12 years. My parents moved us into this one floor apartment and thats where I started out in life basically. I made friends with other kids and some turned out to have a long-lasting effect on me. Some are still with me today. I reminisce about the good times and the adventures we had. Whether it was using our child-like imaginations to make a make-believe world or to just get out and have a swim at the pool. Looking back, Id do it all again in a heartbeat. The memories I have logged into my brain are ones I wish to never forget about. This place was my home and after moving away more than 3 years ago, I wish I can reunite with my friends from the younger years and come back to our real home where everything started. I wanna go down memory lane and feel the kid in me come alive once again. To just feel the breeze of wind hit my face would really hit home. Thanks to those 12 years, I am the guy I am today.

I gave this place a chance after hearing all the negativity. I now can confirm that they are not professional and screw anybody they can to save their own behinds. After a month of talking to Candice, Jessica, and Gabrielle, they still didn’t resolve the issue. I have given my cancel of rental application notice within the 48 hours and they still took my deposit with fees. They claim to say that they sent me an approval letter when clearly based on my emails the date was couple days after. So if anyone who is thinking of renting from Princeton, please reconsider and not rent from unprofessional thieves.

I have lived at Princeton Reserve for 13 years and half and we obviously love being here.It is a safe, clean neighborhood and the staff in the office is top notch. They make you feel like family. My 12 years old daughter still goes by to say hi and this is a testimony to their warmth.The maintenance team is diligent.Grounds are well kept .So happy we choose this Community and we will do it over and over.

Awesome place to live. We live on the first floor and it is so quiet I cant hear anyone above or to the side of us. We had multiple small maintenance needs the first few weeks we moved in an Anthony completed them all within a day of the request. The management team is really friendly! Would definitely recommend this place to other families.

A great place to live! Beautifully kept grounds, pet-friendly, and quiet. Everyone in the office is always extremely friendly and helpful. Easy to access the highways from. I highly recommend!

Management is horrible! They insulted both me and my children because we are a little overweight. They implied that there wasn’t enough room to fit us in the apartment. Like LITERALLY through the doorway. I️ don’t know if the lady was just trying to be funny but my 10 year old did not enjoy your joke!!!! We immediately left after that. I️ am not interested in living in a community with a person like that in it. I️ am in complete shock!

I have a friend who lives here its similar to skyline apartments but only better because you can get a Cell Phone signal easy, unlike skyline, also you got heat included for the same price you pay skyline that gives you no heat included..So this place is decent..and they dont have a bunch of criminals and drug addicts living there..

I have lived at Princeton Reserve for almost 3 months now. I definitely believe it is the best value of the apartment complexes in the area when you consider its affordability, quality of living space, safety and quietness of community, friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Very glad to be living here!

Guys this is not a safe place .All the 5 star ratings are fake, If you dont believe me call the local police dept you will get the truth .Mgmt has no time or effort to improve the safety .lots of car tire thefts....

This is an excellent place to live. Quiet and friendly community and the office staff are very nice and helpful.

Expensive for what it is. I lived there for 5 years. Rent went from $1200-1640 in that time frame. In the end, I was unsatisfied by their policies versus the cost versus what it actually is.

My husband & I inquired about this community. Because we have an eighteen year old child (who is in high school) they wouldnt allow us to rent from the community. They have a policy that does not allow more than 2 adults per apartment....even though shes our child and in high school.

I moved into Princeton Reserve about two months ago after several recommendations from friends. The location is quiet, feels safe, and is well-maintained. We recently had a small maintenance request, but it was fixed the same day we filed the report. The folks in the office are friendly and easy to work with. Each unit has close or direct access to the massive lawn, which makes outdoor games and grilling very easy. Lots of great things to say about this place. My only complaint is that it seems like the complex is a deadzone of cell service. Before I enabled wifi calling almost every call was dropped, whether I was indoors or outdoors. But when Im on my home internet network, it works great. Overall, definitely happy to be at Princeton Reserve.

Poor outdoor parking lot lighting. My vehicle was broken into, one of seven. Someone is blatantly selling drugs and other services out off my bldg and another one. My neighbor was jumped in the parking lot, his wife thirty feet away in unit sleeping. He was badly hurt. My other neighbor, woman, was brutally beaten just yards of theproperty..she sustained serious injuries, concussion, broken jaw, nose, teeth, DID NOT KNOW HER ATTACKER WHITE MALE, PALE SKIN, 510, 230 lbs. Manager a at property extremely rude.

I lived in the Princeton Estates complex, which is the set of newer buildings they have in Dracut right next to the Princeton Reserve.The noise levels from one apartment were so high you could clearly hear their music/television across the street. Typically the tenants refused to turn it down saying they have a right to listen to their music and TV, blah blah blah, typical jerks.Management was informed, I even had them physically come over three times to witness the level of noise in person (two different people). All three times they agreed it was out of hand and unnacceptable. But they wouldnt do anything. They told us to our face that they wouldnt do anything about it.Being noisy was clearly against the lease agreement, yet they refused to enforce it. All they would say is you have to call the Police for proof ... aparently they dont consider their own first hand observations as proof... I dont know if they were afraid of lawsuites or what, but when you have THAT many witnesses ...Bassicaly it boils down to the management being terrified of confrontation.All in all we fought with them over this for 8 months and they eventually agreed to end our lease a month early, no doubt to simply get ride of us.I feel terribly sorry for the people who moved in after us.

Terrible customer service. Applied online and was denied on July 10th.$500.00 was withdrawn from my checking account on July 15th and Ive gotten nothing but run around B.S. excuses since my first of several phone calls over the last 3 days.Funds have still not been returned and I was told to call back tomorrow or Monday.Unbelievable!!

Place is infested with mice and they do nothing about it they tell you there feild mice and sends pest control a week later and I still have them pay 1800 a month for mice
