Go to REM at your own risk. I got great service by a young man. But after the service, never got paid. Never had anyone reply to my questions. One year, I had to go in person because Ramsey forgot to submit. Pay less? Get more money promised ? Maybe. But what happens when they completely treat you as a second hand customer. We are all latino Americans. Lets support businesses that support us. REM, you really let me down. Not a good look for business. Especially, when you have men like me who will keep on seeking answers. Let me down? Chances are there are many others like me let down. This display of over confidence will eventually cause a financial drop on your business. Why? You dont care about the family person. We have kids and depend on checks. Help us help you. If not, we all catch up on game and download a tax app. Each one teach one. If you been wronged by REM, yelp them. Spread the word and conduct yourself with pride and honesty. With all honesty, I do not recommend REM. We work hard for our children to deal with these games I am disappointed.

UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES! I decided to do my taxes with Ramsey this year because my parents convinced me on doing so. Since I live across the country, I had to communicate with them via text, email and calls. In the beginning, everything seemed normal but as we approached tax day their unnerving unprofessionalism started to seep through. At some point they stopped replying to me. In total, I sent them 3 text messages, 8 emails, and 14 calls. I spoke to two assistants and Ramsey himself. I was told they would call me back. They did not. I was told my taxes were ready. They were not.This whole issue culminated during tax day, where I spent the majority of my morning trying to contact them. I could not even get a hold of them to tell them that I did not want to do my taxes with them anymore. I also sent an email detailing this information for which I never received a reply. At some point, I capitulated and filed my taxes on-line by myself, nearly missing the deadline.Overall, I think their issue is fundamentally organizational. I think they lack the staffing and the rigor to complete their services on time. This is discerning noting that there can financial and legal ramifications to submitting IRS forms late.I hope that you as a consumer choose to take your business elsewhere and I hope that REM Tax Services takes accountability for their business.

My dad did his taxes here and just barely got his taxes from this guy and the only reason why is because my dad went into his office and had him do his taxes again because the irs said they were done incorrectly! Horrible service!

Had an 11 o clock appointment and waited 2 hours for Ramsey, he never showed I end up doing my taxes with someone else from the office, if your thinking about doing your taxes with them save your time and just go somewhere else these people are nothing special, the guy ahead of me was here since 9:30 waiting for Ramsey also
