Too Expensive 380.00 base price. I will never return, this older man got upset because I couldn’t understand his broken English speech covered in a mask with a plexiglass. These days when yo can do your own taxes via any tax app for wayyy less $$$. I agree they are very power tripping and expensive. Don’t waste your time.

Horrible! the guy that says Sr IRS Tax Analyst and is David. This man is discourteous, insecure and arrogant. I honestly advise to ask for another tax preparer if they tell you he is available. This is a horror story we will not forget.

DONT GO HERE, THESE PEOPLE ROBBED MY MOM ON HER TAX REFUND. THEY TO ADVANTAGE OF HER NOT KNOWING MUCH ABOUT TAXES. THEY THEY SNEAKED MONEY ON THE SIDE FOR THEMSELVES AND DIDNT TELL HER HER TRUE REFUND AMOUNT. THE 1040 DIDNT MATCH THEIR REFUND TOTAL. WE CALLED AND THE MANAGER DIDNT WANT TO SPEAK TO ME...UNETHICAL PEOPLE!!! BEFORE!!!

I missed my initial appt due to a foot injury so I showed up unannounced and was still able to be accomodated in a timely manner. The first representative was very helpful and was humble enough to admit she was not well versed enough to accurately file my taxes completely and the second representative was equally as professional and more experienced. I am confident that I recieved the maximum return with their help.

Just got charged $119 for 10 minutes of work to file a 1040EZ and Form 540Told them I couldn’t come in while they were offering free filing in Jan/Feb due to chemo treatments ..... doesn’t matter, I’m SOL I guess 😒
