Diana exceeded my expectations when I requested the deep cleaning services! I had been looking for over a year and no one would come out to even do a walk through. And this was including people who had solicited services of cleaning. I appreciated her honesty seeing as how the deep cleaning has to be split up into 2 parts because it was more work than originally thought. I’m looking forward to having her regular services and I highly recommend her if you want the job done right!

The young lady that did the deep cleaning was very professional and very nice! She did an awesome job on both of my restrooms in my home. I would definitely use this cleaning business again and refer them to others.

Maid It Neat did just that! We have a medium sized home that needed a good deep cleaning. 5 hours later the house was spotless. From the bathrooms, to the inside of the oven (which was scary), floors to dusting every corner of the house. Exceptional service and friendly competent staff made this service one that we will continue to use and recommend to others. Thank you Maid It Neat, you are the BEST.

This is the best cleaning service I’ve ever tried!! The main cleaner was very respectful and very responsive to what I requested. I requested a deep and moving clean for my new apartment and WOW, there was a huge difference in the before and after. Waste of money. asked for a deep clean and did not do it right. I could have it cleaned it better myself. money went down the drain.

Havent even made it to the quote! I was asked to send pictures of the condition of my house in order to recieve a quote, since I wasnt home, I gave a full detailed description of what I needed done, Including how many bedrooms and baths, I figured I could get a ball park number, NOPE! Instead, rudely they responded, Like I said before Im not able to give a quote without seeing the conditions of the place So when I got home, I sent MULTIPLE pictures, only to be told, there are details not seen in the photos, that theyll need to see in person (STILL NO QUOTE) here we are day 2, and I was asked how many bedrooms and baths, when in the description I provided earlier in the thread I listed that. Whomever im speaking to are both unprofessional and RUDE! This company cares nothing about Customer Acquisition or Customer Service. Will not be using this company.
