If there were more stars to give, I would without a doubt give them to this dry cleaners without hesitation. I moved to West Hollywood and I still have no problem making the commute to come to this specific dry cleaners. That is how much I value their great service. I have had tailoring done as well as dry cleaning and laundry services and my clothes are always perfectly handled, exceeding my expectations everytime. Alex is the absolute best with customer service although all their employees are extremely friendly and a pleasure to help you with whatever you need done. I refer them to any family and friends that still live in the vicinity. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a new or better dry cleaning/laundry service.

Do not take your white shoes to this place, they will end up yellow ! i took some white shoes to get a makeup stain removed and ended up with my shoes being yellow and ugly, i took two shirts and two shoes and i was charged $63 dollars, Too expensive . i want a refund i been trying to reach the owner to explain my situation and every time i go “his never there” .

This Review is over a year late! The fact that I am remember now and an still writing it is a statement of how unforgettable the service was! I had a bottle of wine break in my suitcase and stain 6 custom made shirts! was devastated and had only the clothes I traveled in for my week of trainings! I dropped them of at VIP and the owner who was the nicest guy in the world said dont worry we will fix them He did, and 24 hours I had all my shirts back looking amazing! all I can say is it was unforgettable service! Thank you!
