Eduardo remodeled our home for us to a beautiful standard on a limited and changing budget. Eduardo is extremely skilled and professional and runs a tight ship. Quality is fantastic, Eduardo has great taste, excellent fix ideas for difficult problems and he and his team work at an insanely fast rate! Everyone is also extremely nice to work with - they are happy to work with guidance or run things themselves. We bought a fixer upper which was in worse condition than we realized - Eduardo was not judgmental about any choices we made, very clear about problems discovered throughout the renovation process, transparent on costs, and extremely flexible about recommending good and cost efficient solutions - we trust him completely and will use him again if we build an extension.
