Two of my vehicles were shipped with a trucking Company that Bluestar contracted with for my corporate relocation. Neither vehicle was delivered in the condition that they received it in. First vehicle was stripped on the inside all but the seats and dash...they even stole the shifting knob.The second vehicle was not stripped on the inside; however, the front bumper, fog lights, license plate, and winch were stolen (bumper unbolted, everything else cut destroying the wiring harnesses in the process).Three weeks later, and I still do not have a road safe vehicle.If I could give them a Zero star, I would. Stay far away from this company if you can help it!

Blue Star Relocation reached out about a year ago requesting towing and storage services in the greater Tucson area, specifically looking for a reliable company to handle their vehicle relocate services for working professionals. Chris and Joshua have been very easy to work with and I believe they have a good formula for their success. They are easy to get a hold of, easy to collaborate with and I couldn’t have a better business relationship. ...Not responsive, which says a lot when a car is going to be one of the high-value items that you will purchase. They promised my car by Thursday and its Friday. They promised my car by 1:00 PM, and now its approaching 6:00 PM and I stilldonthavemy car.

Perfect and flawless. Had my car moved from Chicago to Phoenix and I cant say enough good things about this company. The driver was in constant communication with me the entire move, was incredibly professional as well as personable, I felt very safe trusting my car to this company as they driver performed a bumper to bumper inspection before and after the move and were very thorough. I had 2 sources of communication for the delivery window. The driver even sent me his geo-location in order to help me find where he parked since I was unfamiliar with the new area. Also, I even got a car wash voucher after the move due to the dust accumulated from the long drive.Whats even better, is after the move the president of the company himself reached out to me to see how things went, I can definitely tell that this entire team is dedicated to their craft and is very committed to bringing the very best customer service possible to their clients.If youre moving a car, this is 100% the company you should go with.
