I dont know what happened with this company. I had been using them twice a year for at least five years. The last year I feel like the customer service has gone downhill. They come to clean my windows last time and tried to charge me $50 more than the time before. Then today, they came 50 minutes early and left before I got home. When I called to ask where they were I was met with a very unconcerned employee who didnt seem to think it was a big deal that I was waiting for nothing, On top of that, they lied about when they arrived. HELLO!!! The ring doorbell doesnt lie. Save yourself the aggravation and go with one of the other companies out there.
