My family has used Gold Coast Agency in two capacities: elder care and nanny/toddler care. Both assignments have exceeded our expectations in all respects. The caregivers are attentive, thoughtful, calm, polite and, above all, they actually do care. I cannot say enough good things about the owner, Eva, and the people she somehow consistently finds to meet our needs. I am about to engage this agency with a third project. A+

I highly recommend this agency. Eva goes out of her way to match patients with the appropriate caregiver. I first contacted Eva last summer when we needed someone to care for my parents. She got back to me immediately and sent out a caregiver that evening. Our caregiver was excellent! Eva is very professional and truly cares. She always checks in to see if everything is going well. We tried another agency first and had a terrible experience. Eva is truly the best!

In March of 2015, I hired a live-in attendant through Eva, at A Gold Coast Domestic Agency, for my 38 year old son who has cerebral palsy. He lives in his own apartment, but can do nothing for himself other than eat finger food and play on the computer. The attendant she placed is by far the best attendant we have ever had in the past fifteen years. He and my son get along fantastically, he takes great care of him, and the apartment is spotlessly clean. We are all hoping he will stay for many years. Eva did a wonderful job of matching their personalities, choosing a person who is very thorough in all aspects of the job, and just a good person to live with. Eva checked back several times in the first weeks of the attendants employment to make sure everything was going smoothly. I have recommended Gold Coast to my friends and will use them again myself, if the need arises.

I am writing this review to let you know how happy we are with the services provided by Eva Pulczynska and the Gold Coast Agency. Our mother who is 86 years old suffered a massive stroke in the summer of 2014. She is bed-ridden and requires two caregivers 24/7. When we first brought her home, we used the services of a care-giver agency. It was a nightmare. The turnover and inconsistency of the help provided was terrible.As a family, we decided to find our own private caregivers. We contacted Eva and she was wonderful in helping us find the perfect caregivers in a timely manner. We currently have three caregivers for our mom, all found with Eva’s assistance. The three women rotate so that two are on duty and one is off duty on a rotating basis and my mother’s care is excellent! Her doctor, who comes to the house to give my mom her exams, comments regularly that he has never seen such wonderful and attentive in-home care. My mother has become very attached to her caregivers and my family could not be more at peace with the loving, responsible and competent care that she receives each and every day.Eva is professional, responsive and caring. She follows up and stays in contact with us to monitor how things are going. We would be happy to provide any additional information or reference assistance that you will need. Horrible!!!!! I just called to ask questioned regarding there services and the lady didn’t understand that I wanted information on her elderly services and couldn’t explain anything.She asked what I was already paying my current caregiver, which is none of her business. She also told me that I should have read her website in order to get information. Ignorant, rude, and unprofessional!!!! If I can give 0 stars or negative I would.
