I was awestruck by the customer service and especially by the sales rep Aimee Godinez and with the ownership of Ed Napleton Ashton Martin Maserati In downer Grover all the details and the time they took with me didn’t rush me they left no Detial or questions unanswered there automotive selection was Hugh not only are they a Premier auto dealership they have a wide selection of other vehicles to choose from affordable to everyone the experience for me was just awesome !!! Today the The owner of the dealership himself called to thank me I for my purchase I I’m extremely happy with my 2020 Ford 150 raptor purchase unbelievable snd when closing the deal I was in snd out in less the a couple or hours everyone was so polite Dora in financing runs you threw every little Detial and I have to say They guarantee what they’re selling you no tricks no gimmicks I just can’t say enough of my experience they are a 10 times 100 !!!!

Stay clear of this place, first time ever I was being taking advantage of buying a car. Perry the general manager is a thief and a scammer. Zero honesty about anything in that dealership. The jag off Perry even offers me a job, so I can afford his slave deal, not knowing I make what I make to be home more around my autistic, blind son. The sales man of the car knew absolutely nothing about it, he knew the price tho. What a joke.

We stopped to check on their inventory. Matt did explain all the different options and their impact on the driving experience.Matt then switched to other groups of customers and assigned Micheal to us, who was as helpful as Matt, and we continued our shopping with both of them.Matt, as Director, stayed honest with us throughout the purchase, and Micheal was going above and beyond to make sure we get everything correct.Overall great experience; they have me as a customer forever.Thank you, Micheal and Matt; you were amazing.

Buyer beware!!! I would first like to start off by saying I love my Aston Martin purchased through this dealership. The dealership did a great job following up with me to get the sale and financing in order, as I was coming from out of state. However, they were poor with customer service after the ink dried. I had to continuously contact them to get a follow-up on service that needed to be done one day after my purchase. I was unable able to open my gas tank and the car key needed to be programmed. I also had to wait two weeks for shipping to be arranged after I was told it would take a few days. When my car was delivered I was then given the wrong ordered key. I asked the dealership and they made it seem as if it was my fault. I had to provide email proof of my request. The sales manager said he would look into it and I just got a text back over a month later. Please be careful with this dealership.

In particular on used cars they have a very nice selection and often times are priced as competitively as anyone can be in the country let alone the area. The service department is second to none, Mr Ed Graff will make sure that your car is taken care of perfectly and on time every time. Even if youre not in the market for an Aston Martin or another high-end car they have an excellent selection of cars across any price range so pop in and say hello everybody will treat you like family.

I recently bought a 2016 Challenger Hellcat and couldnt be happier! When I got there to pick it up, it started throwing a check engine light. Phillip Pickett gave me the option of hauling it home and having a local dealer repair it or waiting while they did it. Since I was a long drive from home and was already planning on hauling it anyway I opted to have my local dealer repair it. Turned out to be an almost $1800 repair (which none of us expected), but Phillip and Napleton stood tall and paid the bill without any complaint! I would definitely purchase from them again!

I purchased a 2016 Porsche Panamera from Napletons Aston Martin Downers Grove on July 23rd, 2021. The entire purchase experience went well and I thought Alex and Sam were very professional. However, things started going downhill after I drove out with the one month dealer tag. The car was financed and I paid for title transfer and registration, which I was supposed to receive in the mail within four weeks. Its now September 8th, and I have not received my registration documents. I was even told by the NJ MVC when I called that the title is still in the name of the previous owner. I am not sure why it should take 7 weeks for me to get the necessary paperwork to be able to drive my car. The dealer tag has since expired and I have not been able to drive my car since August 22nd. I have called the dealership, left messages, sent email, but no help nor support from them. At this juncture, I may have to resort to legal means, as its ridiculous not being able to drive a $47,000 and now taking Uber everywhere.

Highly recommend. Bought a Jeep here, which is not nearly the same level as an Aston Martin/ Maserati. The dealership treated the deal the same anyhow. Very respectful and helpful. Would never suggest this place to anyone. They judge based off age, salesman was great but manager is the worst, most unprofessional, time wasting person I ever met in my life. Word of advice from someone that CURRENTLY owns 20+ exotic vehicle, stay away from this place, This is one of those dealerships that you should stay away from. They have my number, they have my info, they never even tried to fix the situation. Shame

My son bought a Cadillac CTSV from here. Website pictures and description we not entirely true. Pictures were touched up to make the car look glossy and shiny, were as the car was not so much in real life, lots of blemishes and scratches in the paint. Website description said they had 2 keys and it only came with 1. Did not even have enough gas to get out of town, as we came 4 hours for this specific vehicle. High-end dealership like this, one would expect a bit more customer appreciation.

First time buying a car from Napleton’s Aston Martin, experience was fantastic. Margaret was great, very professional.

I cant believe I have to leave a review, which I never do. I bought a car here and I purchased the tire and wheel package, which was well over $1500. I called to cancel the policy and get my money back and was ignored and sent to voicemail over 6 times. It has now been over 5 months and still cant get someone to call me back. I tried to make a claim on my wheel warranty and they make you call around and blindly try to find a place that accepts Assurant. When I asked the guy on the phone how to get my money back since I cant even use it, he tells me just simply call the dealership you bought it from. Well, thats not what I wanted to hear since they wont return a call. Dont get fooled by their warranties, you certainly wont get your money back if you choose to cancel the policy.

I cannot say enough great things about the experience I had at Napletons Aston Martin at Downers Grove. This place sells cars that are worth almost a million dollars, yet they treated me, a person only spending $10,000.00, like gold. They could have been just merely polite, but they went above and beyond.We were driving from a few hours away and they stayed open late for us. We felt welcomed right away. They took the time to make sure we knew everything about my Ford Edge. Steven and Phillip were knowledgeable, professional and very friendly.They made it a very nice experience. From offering us refreshments to humoring us while we took selfies next to a Maserati. :) That being said, I love my new Ford Edge. It looks beautiful and runs great. I am very happy with it.
