Do not use this company.....be sure to read the fine print that takes a magnifying glass to see...... The clover station they provide is a total scam.

Was told it would take two weeks. At the end of the two weeks they contacted us and was just then turning in our information. Now we are paying them monthly for not even using their equipment. They will try to keep coming up with excuses and not tell you all the fees. Then they will call the FDA and falsified that they are the business owner. Without letting you know that the owner is the only one who can. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They sell your contact to First Data Global Leasing. Then to get out of the contract they say its 10k or more even if you are out of business. They want money for you to even return it, it will ruin your credit. Best to just go to other processing companies, they are rude and will do all they can to get money that isnt theirs.

Worst experience with a credit card processing company ever!!! They do all of their leasing of equipment through First Data Global Leasing, also a scam of a company. They take your money and don’t deliver on their promises. I was sold equipment that is completely useless for my business and now they want more money for me to simply return the unused equipment. It is absolutely impossible to get in touch with anyone on the phone. I’ve tried emailing, calling, and have gotten nowhere. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General, as well as the Better Business Bureau.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with one of the sales reps. She contacted me after seeing my search online for EBT services. Throughout multiple exploratory conversations she insisted there werent any cancellation fees. I believed her and sent our private info for processing only to then receive a contract with the fees clearly stated. Even when confronted she tried to spin her way out of it. Very disappointing, she should not be working there. From the reviews it looks like they provide great services without con artists working for them.

Is it possible to do a ZERO star rating??? THIS SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS! I tried to cancel my service (no longer using it and was told I had to wait until January to do that. (I was told by the rep who sold me the service that I could pause the service...and that was denied...I was told I could cancel at any time...which I couldnt. I was told it would be aprox $20 per month and it was 5 times that). Meanwhile I acrued monthly bills of over $100 per month for NOTHING. I called back in February and they said that I had missed my cancellation period and that i was AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED according to my contract for ANOTHER 2 YEARS and that there was nothing else I could do about it. UGG…after 5 times calling in…same responses... I am now paying 1 years of fees and cancellation for NOTHING. The total…$3147.38 DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Ms. Geri is a great customer service rep. I was not sure if i would sign up with the company. Her spirituality and customer service made me make my decision quick. I am unbelievably disappointed in the services rendered by VMS from start to finish. I was mislead from the beginning sales call and it has hurt my business tremendously. I am now paying a ridiculous fee to them, AND almost $2000 for a lease on the EBT device they also told me I could not obtain any other way. I spoke to more than one person associated with VMS and First Data when I began questioning their services, who first of all, tried to avoid me for 2 weeks. They all had something different to say while attempting to cover their tracks when they realized they were in fact screwing me over. FYI: THEIR DEVICE DOES NOT, I REPEAT DOES NOT, MAINTAIN/TRACK/MERGE WITH ANY OF YOUR INVENTORY. THE EBT DEVICE AND SERVICE, IS ALSO A FREE, I REPREAT FREE, SERVICE!!!! FREE TO GET AN ID NUMBER THROUGH THE GOVERNMENT, FREE TO ADD TO YOUR CLOVER DEVICE, AND A FREE SERVICE TO RUN EVERY TRANSACTION. Do not, DO NOT, use VMS for EBT services or equipment. DO NOT sign a lease with a First Data. I will have spent over $4000 when I am done with them, for a service that would have cost me ZERO DOLLARS, had they not lied to me from the beginning and then attempted to place band-aids to cover their mistakes.

BUYERS BE AWARE you are going to pay thousands of dollars just to cancel with them!!!, before signing the contract with this company be very careful what you signing into, first of all it is impossible to cancel the contract with them the sales rep told us you can cancel anytime but guess what since we are closing the business due to COVID19 we spent hours on the phone trying to close the account and we end up in transfer from one person to another for 2 hours until you give up and hang up this is for days the other option is to pay 3000 USD!! the only other option is a payment of 70$ for four years for a piece of machine that you could buy for less than 200$ and you cannot return it if you return it they will charge you a couple of hundreds more for improper return of equipment and a few hundreds fees and you still stuck with 4 years contract, they promise you that you will save on the transaction fess but you end paying thousands every year for all the hidden fees inside the contract from monthly fees to annually fees, the third thing the contract require that you become a personal guarantor and even if you want to transfer the machine to a new business you become the personal guarantor and the new owner as well it is so shady business do your research and never trust the sales person which is now in a meeting every time we call her the scam artist.

The worse company i ever experienced. Totally scam and lies. The company is based on lies. They will LIE to you and trick you into signing a contract. i Dealt with Micheal Hopkins to buy me a new POS Systems and He spoke nothing but LIES and made me sign the contract when i had money to purchase it by literrelly telling me that i have to lease it for 3 months in order for me to purchase it. i even got a proof of them lying. And trust me They wont admit their fault. Their Boss shawn and jason is not a help at all. I suggest you not to get close to this VMS company. They didnt even help with my old CC machines to return it like they said they will and since i bought new POS and i am still making monthly payments on my old CC machines that its packed in box and now plus New POS on top. There is lot more betters ones out there atleast not LIERS. Their lies and conversation with boss and micheal is also recorded in my phone for my back up. Stay away from them. The whole company lies within.

Buyer Beware! Take time to read the contract before you sign anything. Salesman will tell you whatever to get you to sign the contract, but once its signed they start changing up the fees that were discussed by the salesman, but arent shown in the contract. Also beware that once you sign you are locked in for 36 months and if you switch merchant providers they will charge you $99 a month for the remainder of the 36 month contract.Once you sign, they really dont care because you are locked in for nearly $3600. This company isnt value driven and I honestly think many of the good reviews they have are fake or bogus.Just make sure you do your due diligence and get percentages or fees in writing. They will also hit you with all kinds of yearly fees that you have no idea about.Really would like to see this company vanish for good. They definitely are only out to get as much money from you as possible and could care less about you or your business.You have been warned

This a total scam company. Their reps are trained to fall for their scam and later on they wont even talk to you if you try to contact the person who scammed you. This company made me signed a lease agreement telling me the mini clover was going to be mine after the 48 months and a free website that was part of me signing for the 48 months. Guess what? It was all a lied and I have NO website and still paying for a mini clover that I have in box put away, because they were charging me crazy amounts for the merchant services and fees.You will call them and ask about the fees and they dont know what to answer. If you ever get to this company please trust me nothing good is going to come out from it. You will lock yourself in a contract for 48 months and you will be paying a lot in monthly fees. Ive already spoke with the merchant company that process and they were not aware of the scams this company uses to make you sign. My case is under investigation.

Was contacted after I inquired about accepting EBT at my business.Ended up being contacted by multiple salespeople whose main objective seemed to be selling me a clover system and changing from square to themI ended up having to email a picture of social security card a few times to different people as they oviously mishandle who is in charge of certain tasks. They will text you from multiple numbers all while trying to upsell you like crazyAt this point, because of the poor handling of my account, I would not reccomend. I suggest Hugo Sanchez gets a better hold on his employees and how they treat customers.During this covid mess, people are not interested in changing systems and as hugo suggested sell your square system

Josh came into my store to get flowers and saw that I was running everything as credit. He didnt push me to sign up or talk bad about my current processor. After finally being able to get some time, Josh was able to help me out. He took his time and did it the right way. He got my statements, showed me the savings and then went over everything in black & white. Not only that, but he brought the machine to my shop and set everything up! Great guy and awesome company!
