I brought my truck in here to get the front windows and windshield tinted. I love supporting small business and based on past reviews, this place seemed like a great place to go. I spoke with Kevin Riggs to setup the job and discuss the details and price. He was very courteous and professional, knew the answers to all my questions, and offered a great price for the job.The job only took a few hours to get done and when i went to pick up the truck i was thrilled with the work. No bubbles and the tint looked great! They even put little stickers over the window buttons in the car to prevent you from rolling the windows down accidentally (because doing so in the first few days can mess up the tint after installed).It’s those little things that really set this place apart from the rest. The window tinting is just a small part of their business. While in the shop i noticed the did all sorts of car interior repair, installed leather kits, fixed convertible tops, and even did boat covers and leather motorcycle seats. The Bentley and Ferrari they were working on in the shop looked amazing!Anyway, long review but the company did a great job on the tint and made the process of getting it done very easy!

I brought in my 2003 Yukon XL Denali because the drivers seat pad was worn down and had some worn leather on the side by the seat controls. They did a great job on building up the padding and sewed a new leather panel where the leather was damaged. It turned out way better than expected. Nice color match on the leather side panel and I dont lean left in my seat anymore. Should of fixed it years ago. Pricing was reasonable and the job came in cheaper than replacing the entire seat pad and bottom leather cover.So glad I decided to use Riggs Brothers. Thanks for a job well done.

Kennys great took some adhesive off my leather seat for free I gave him 20 bucks for a case of beer and Im bringing my motorcycle seat back to him so he can finish that good people would suggest using them

I was honored to be able to work with Kevin who is the manager at this site. I have a newer motorcycle which does have not any viable aftermarket seat options and needed some sort of a solution to make my ride more comfortable for longer trips. After weeks of research, I landed upon Riggs Bros. in Downers Grove after two references from people who know them and a bad experience at a place in the New Lenox/Mokena area.Kevin reached out after an email inquiry stating that I could bring in my seats from the bike so he can go over some options with me. His shop is very clean and everyone inside was busy, very busy, doing things from convertible tops, to custom interiors. Kevin is a very nice guy, who is conscientious, and took the time to explain the product and the process. Perfect.I was on a budget. Kevin helped by showing me a few rebuild options that involved some really cool seat material. I was concerned with the final fit so, before he sealed up the seat with the original cover (again, budget) he asked me to come and get it to try it out on my bike. Done and done. The price was very reasonable as bike parts/modifications are very expensive. I expected to pay much more than I did. Kevin was able to fit this job into the middle of some more serious ones making the total turn around time take like three days. And this was in the middle of a whole bunch of projects they had going on. Rock on.Finished product looks original, but the feeling makes my ride so much more cozy. Overall from initial reception to payment, this experience went great. I would highly recommend this site for anything they advertise. If they can solve a seat issue that I have been having for months with one simple visit, imagine the quality of the work that they can do for everything else. Maybe someday I can go back for some cool leather work on this seat, I cant imagine going anywhere else for it. Incredible craftsmanship!!!! I had Riggs Bros repair my center counsel, driver door arm rest, and passenger seat,. They matched the leather perfectly and it looks exactly like it did from the factory. They surpassed my expectations and the customer service was superb. I plan on bringing my father’s car in very soon. I highly recommend them.

Ive gone to Riggs Bros. several times and all the staff are super friendly and they run a first-class operation. Ive gone to Kevin in Downers Grove for several small upholstery things on my 1979 Beetle and they did excellent work. Highly recommended!

I recently purchased a new Raptor and on inspection one of the seats wasnt right. Terrys Ford authorized Riggs Brother based on their skill and level of detail vs. having a tech try to troubleshoot in more detail. Man was that the right cool. Riggs Brother shop is amazing and highly skilled team did an amazing job.

After 25 years, 185,000 miles, blazing summer sun with the top down and absolutely no maintenance by me the leather seats of my Mustang Convertible were trash, held together by duct tape and glue. I was tired of sticking to the seat. It is a daily driver not a show car but it runs great and still looks good. I asked around at several shops and dealers and they suggested checking out Riggs on Warrenville road. Best decision I could have made. Drove over and they gave me a couple of options. Decided on having them do the entire car, front and back, headrests rather than just the front seats. Fantastic job. Attention to detail, clean well organized shop and just great people to do business with. I highly recommend them and will back.

The liners on the panoramic sunshades on my 2005 BMW X5 had begun to sag. I called BMW and was told they dont repair it and I was referred to Riggs Brothers. I called them up and explained my problem and Kevin said stop by and let him take a look. Upon seeing it I was given the estimate which to my surprise was VERY reasonable! I elected not to go with the original color and do black (the vehicle is black with black interior but the sunshades were light gray). Kevin and the whole staff were friendly in person, on the phone and he responded to e-mails as well. I am VERY pleased with the work that was done, the black cloth is both a repair and an eye catching upgrade. Despite being busy he was accommodating, got me in, finished in less than two days and the vehicle returned, cleaned on the inside too I might add. I HIGHLY recommend them for your automotive upholstery needs. Pictured in the lobby were motorcycle seats, boat seats, outdoor furniture, horse and carriage carts, boats, window tinting, heated seats and more. Definitely check them out!

I had a part fail in the power seat of my fathers car. Said part is obsolete. Riggs told me where they send out their parts for repair. I followed suit, a company called Global Electronics. Got the seat fixed, and father is happy. )

I was recommended here by the Naperville Jeep dealership. I have a 2007 Jeep Wrangler Sahara in which the back window zipper was not working leaving the back window open and exposed to the elements. I mistakenly thought the back glass of our 2008 BMW was leaking. The service person from Safelite informed me that it was most likely the sunroof and recommended the folks at Riggs Brothers check it out. They dropped the sunroof and sure enough it was leaking in the corners. After repairs and replacing the headliner the the car was back to new. That was until a mysterious crack appeared on the front windshield. Kevin and the team stepped up and replaced it at their expense. Really good and honest people to do business with. I will definitely be back and also recommending them in the future.

We took our Chevy back for a suspicious leak. The Riggs bros had fixed our original leak over 18 months ago so we were not sure we were under warrantyKevin told us to leave the car and he would check it outThe next day he called to say that he had run the car through their water tank twice and couldn’t find any leaks. They even checked to see if the a/c was clogged but nothing showed up. He said bring it back if we see any leaks in the future.After all their work he said there was no charge.It pays to go to a company that backs their work.Just want to say thank you and let others know how you stand by your work.

I was having an issue with both of the front windows on my Audi Cabriolet not properly meeting the rubber moldings affixed to each side of the top. After talking with Kevin, he presented a course of action for resolving the issue. The car is factory quiet again, and the windows dont rattle over pavement imperfections. While my vehicle was at Riggs Bros, Kevin also took care of replacing the torn side panel on the drivers seat, with new leather material, thats a perfect match. Long story short, if you have any convertible top or upholstery issues, go see Kevin at Riggs Bros in Downers. Hes an honest guy who stands behind his companys work, and has made me a happy camper!

I called ahead of time and explained that I had a camper van drivers seat that had deteriorated foam. I was told it might run to $300 or $400 to have it fixed. Took it in on a Tuesday morning, and the guy there took it into the shop and checked it out. He told me the center was fine it was just the bolsters on the sides that needed to be replaced, and he could do that for $200. A week later I picked it up. They had replaced the bolster foam and put in some additional foam under the center to beef it up a bit. Its much firmer now and very comfortable. Im thinking about having the passenger seat done as well.Really, the seat is like new, and I am very satisfied with the great work.

Real professionals here, having interacted with Kevin and Glen when I needed a new liner for the convertible top. Quality work at reasonable prices. If you are looking for cheap quality and prices, look elsewhere.

They did an outstanding job replacing the leather on the center console of my 2009 Acrua RDX. The leather quality and workmanship are top notch!! It looks better than the original.

Recalled sunroof glass replaced. Roberto suggested cleaning of frame device and drain tube flushing. None of this covered in recall. I truly believe that a professional installation would automatically cover this work (10 minutes and a small amount of white grease... $125)...not even sure that tubes were flushed? Why not show the specific work?
