They would not fix a slow leak in a tire purchased at there location. I recommend Discount Tire to everyone, since they do this for free on any tire whether purchased there or not. I will never be going there again. There service is horrible.

I needed what I thought would be one valve stem. I needed 3 and also new sensors. Mark was very helpful, checking out what was needed, and found the sensors didnt need replacement. He saved me money and showed me good customer service still existed!

Thank you to Just Tires in Downers Grove for helping me with a tire issue. After having to put air in my tire for 2 days, Paul got me in to check it out this morning. Turns out I had a bolt in the tire and the tire was not repairable. I purchased a tire and my car was ready within a few hours. Thank you guys!

When I got stuck in a bind, unable to get the rusted steel wheels off my vehicle due to being seized to the hubs, I gave Just Tires a call. Making an appointment for service was super easy and the Service Manager, Paul, was friendly and courteous. They took great care of me and my vehicle and Ill absolutely be calling them first when I need service or to purchase tires in the future.Side note, this is one of the cleanest auto repair facilities Ive ever seen. Still living life in a pandemic, I felt very safe at this location.

I purchased a car and knew the tires needed to be replaced but wanted to wait until my taxes came back. Unfortunately the tires did not want to wait. So i Get to calling around and everywhere either doesnt have the tires or they are by appointment only ( i need this done asap for its my only vehicle and cannot miss work). Then a friend recommended just tires in downers grove. So i call and they have everything i need to get on the road and were able to take me in as soon as i get there ( i live about 30 minutes away). The prices are great compared to other shops and they were very kind and informative. They even took me back to see what was going on and the reasons why. I will definitely be a returning customer and referring my friends and family.

I came in with a leaking valve stem on a GMC Suburban wheel. I brought the wheel in by itself and was delighted to be on my way in about 6 minutes. What a delightful experience and it cost much less than I had anticipated!!!I highly recommend JustTires and will undoubtedly seek their help in the future!!

My Husband and I brought our 2011 Buick here for several different things. We needed a brake check, tires balanced and we were having problems with one of our tire sensors. We called and made an appointment for a Saturday morning. When we arrived we met with Paul at the front desk and he was very nice. Informed us that it should not take long and offered us coffee if we wanted to wait there. The store is nice and clean. We had chosen to run errands and just dropped the car off. While we were out Paul called us and gave us an update on our brakes and replaced our sensor and told us our car would be done shortly. We are more than happy with the customer service that was provided and the honesty that Paul and the mechanic provided. We will return for any other needs!

Hands down, I had the best experience buying tires here today! I went to a couple other locations and they were either out of stock or had a 3 hour wait. I called this location and not only did Jason ensure they had the tires in stock, they got me in and out in less than 30 minutes (that never happens to me)! Although the price was a little steep, I didnt mind paying it for such excellent & prompt service. Ill definitely remain a loyal customer! Thanks!

If youre going to go here in the afternoon, I recommend calling ahead to set an appointment. They will get you in and out quickly if you set an appointment. They have fair prices and no BS about up-selling. I bought tires from here and about 2 months later had a leak. Took car in, and they found a nail. Repaired the tire for $35, didnt even suggest to buy a new tire. Very fair. They seem to be pretty good about handling the rims too. Didnt find any damage afterwards.

I love my three year road hazard policy I purchased. Our two cars have this! I had a tire replaced last year for $35. I just wish there were more convenient locations. Service is great.

Needed to get all four of my Jeep Renegade tires replaced, and time was winding down on getting it done. Was helped quickly over the phone and while there they finish up my car within about 45 minutes. I was also helped in detail on warranty options and mail/rebate info. Really appreciated the time taken on my car and with me, can drive safely and happily now! Thank you!

Do not take your car here.Went in for an oil change and the manager Paul tried to sell me a new belt that was replaced under a year ago and claimed it was “frayed” and needed to be replaced. That wasn’t true. Following the oil change and tire rotation we got home with the car and noticed the wheel covers were broken and zip tied on, to which Paul claims they were already zip tied when we brought it in. Also untrue. Then proceeded to tell me to go speak to corporate about the issue.

Had a flat tire, went in there at 6 at night without an appointment, and they fixed it before they closed that night for $40. Great service.Edit 7/28/16: just had another car with a flat tire, thought for sure that I needed a new tire and again they fixed it for about $40! these guys are great

This place is a joke. No one knows what they are doing nor do they know what they are talking about. They broke 2 of my vehicles and have yet figured out how to align a vehicle properly. When I get time, I will be reporting this shop to Just Tires corporate, this shop is just entirely too incompetent.

I went to this location about a mile from my house and spent $500 on tires and the 3 year warranty. Next morning on my way to work my tire light went on immediately and the car felt very shaky. After work drove straight back. I was told they needed to balance the air pressure in the tires and that my left front axle was broken in an apparent “coincidence”. Coincidences are apparently not covered by the warranty I spent extra money on and I was advised to get it fixed “soon” and that they don’t offer that service. Unbelievable stuff. I won’t be back.

Not good business at all. Layed to get an alignment in February when I got new tires, came back 7 months later and they told me we would have to pay for an alignment. Also they refused to put new tires on due to some cracks in the tire. The tires were perfectly fine. I would hate for anybody else to have to deal with these idiots.

I went here awhile back and asked for a simple oil change, granted the car I had at the time was old. I leave car there to get an oil change and they call me back stating that company policy wont allow them to change it because its dripping oil all over the place. The car was ten years old what do you expect?

I can usually recommend Just Tires, but this one claimed not to have the machine to diagnose my car

Just brought my daughters car in because she was complaining of hydroplaning and the car has 50k miles, so I assumed it needed new tires. The manager came out and looked at the tires and told me they just needed air. He filled the tires and sent me on my way. It feels so good to know there are still honest mechanics.

I made an appointment online for an oil change for my fathers car a day in advance. When I made the appointment the confirmation given to me stated the appointment time was for 11:00am. The confirmation email sent after said to come between 10:00am and 11:00am, so there was already a discrepancy. Upon arriving at 10:25am today, my father was told that his appointment was for 10:00am and that they had waited for him but he hadnt showed, and that he would have to wait another hour for an appointment. I tried to call to ask why the appointment time had been messed up, during business hours, only to get a message saying the store was closed. The same store my father had just been at. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

After having the Firestone on Ogden lie on my Uber inspection form this shop did it honestly and hassle free. Would recommend.

All of the guys there are great. They especially helped me the other day when I had bad luck with a very fast leak in my tire! I reccomend tire road hazzard insurance btw. I get my tires from them. Best price I can find on Goodyears! Julio is especially very helpful! Their customer attention is great! I highly recommend them.

Went back for service on two tires under both manufacturers warranty (5yrs) and a lifetime roadhazard warranty. The tires in question were bought from Just Tire and were a few months shy of 5years. But they only had about 20K miles on them. The tires were developing a belt separation problem causing the ride to be bumpy and need to be replaced. Manager flatly said that Just Tires would not honor the road hazard warranty since the tires were too old. He was just interested in selling us new tires with another road hazard warranty. The Kahunas on this guy!Went straight to Discount Tire where the manager gave us pro-rated credit on the defective tires.Resist you urge to go to Just Tire. Just say No!

I always call to make an appointment for a tire rotation and the last 2 times I was not in their system for an appointment! That’s a little ridiculous, especially when I call 1 week in advance.

I found myself with a tire that was severely low on air, and being that it was a Sunday not many places were open so I took my car to this Just Tires. They took a look at the tire and said that there was some corrosion on the rim that might be causing the tire to leak. They took the tire off, cleaned the rim, and resealed the tire. Within an hour of leaving the tire pressure dropped by 5 PSI (from 31 down to 26). I called to ask if I should be concerned and was told to call back the next day if the tire pressure had dropped further.The following day as I was driving on the expressway, the tire pressure started to drop by about 1 PSI per minute. I wound up having to take it somewhere else to be fixed, again, due to the time of day and where I was when it happened.I was incredibly disappointed in the fact that I paid money to have my tire fixed, and that the work didnt even last a full day. They were incredibly busy the day that they were working on my car, and I was appreciative that they made time to fit me in, but in the end the quality of work was lacking and put me in what I would consider to be a somewhat dangerous position.

Do not buy your tires here. They do not care about you after the sale or warranty work.

I like Just Tires their appointments just dont end up being on time you may wait an extra 15-20 minutes but they get the job done
