I have never been treated ap rudely by anyone in my life. My 82 year old father had an accident and Cindy would not let me help him with the details. Additionally, it has taken more than three months and the case is still not resolved. DO NOT USE THIS RUDE AGENT (CINDY) in particular if you are older than she is as she has no patience for the elderly!!!
