I had a unique situation, and my homeowner insurance policy with another copy was cancelled. I was freaking out and in a panic to get my home insured as soon as possible. I was referred by a friend, and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. After working with Michelle and giving her all the necessary information, I was told she would get me a quote drawn up ASAP. I heard nothing. I followed up the next day on Friday. I was told that they were in the middle of the application as we speak. Because I want t make sure I give you the absolute proper coverage, this probably won’t be complete until Monday, for we do close at 5 today and are closed on the weekend. Do you think I heard anything Monday...no. I followed up and let Michelle know I went with another company. If this is the kind of responsiveness and urgency this company takes with setting up my policy, Id hate to see what would happen if I actually needed to file a claim. I went with another company, and after about 30 minutes of my time I was able to get insured on the spot that Saturday morning. From my experience, I would NOT recommend this company. When ensuring something as important as your home, get a company who is responsive and invested in your best interest.

We are thankful to Brock for his professionalism. He is knowledgeable at what he does and his personality and skills had us choose him over several other agents and here is why: 1. Brock knows what he does and returned our quote very quickly 2. He didnt keep us waiting/holding but was very clear with the options we had 3. He followed up with us several times but was not pushy 4. He offered us the best rate and most importantly and this is #5 in a super short after hours notice right before the holidays he obtained us a new policy and even though it was a late night, he made himself available to answer our questions about the policy before we signed it. We are thankful to Brock for giving us the top-notch service and for acting quickly when it was necessary! Highly recommended!!!

Steer clear of this place. Brock reached out to me end of August as my truck insurance was expiring mid October. Was helpful and made it sound and he had everything under control and was so experienced. Only provided one quote and every time I checked in he would say he was still waiting to hear back. Now 2 weeks before my insurance expires he finally does his job and the one quote he got was declined. He basically says sorry they denied you with no help or options moving forward. I sent and email and called him but he has been unreachable. Do your self a favor avoid this guy and company at all costs.
