Recently just used them an hour ago and had to say, it was a good service! Easy too get a ride and they do arrive on time, good cars used and I think overall professional. May use them in the future again if needed

My son was flying in to ORD late at night and we reserved a car to pick him up and take him back to school. I had an email that afternoon confirming the driver assigned to my son. There was no other communication to myself or to him afterward. I texted the driver before he landed to let him know he did not have any luggage at baggage claim and would be coming out immediately upon arrival. I did not get a reply at all.When my son came out of the terminal at 10:40pm there was no one. He contacted the driver who told him he had been reassigned and would find out who his new driver was. I told him not wait and to immediately request an Uber Black and just get back to his dorm.This company left him in a vulnerable situation, standing outside the airport terminal by himself at 11pm at night with no ride and no clue how to get home. I’d like an explanation but feel it will also be lacking as there is no excuse.

By far the best ride service that Ive used to and from Midway airport in a long time. AmeriCar Shuttle will now be the first I call for all future trips. My driver Zaid made the rides all the more enjoyable. Todays ride was the perfect ending to a great vacation.

I used AmeriCar Shuttle from my home in Milwaukee area to Ohare. I was hesitant to use them because I didnt know anyone who had used them, but the price and positive reviews convinced me to give them a try. The continual updates; the name of our driver and make of car the day before and multiple updates on the day of shuttle, gave me total piece of mind. The driver, both ways, was prompt, courteous and friendly. I will definitely use them again!

Very INDIGENT SERVICE!! My husband was supposed to be picked up less than a month ago from Ohare and his driver Tim was very vulgar and unprofessional... THE CAR SMELLED NOXIOUS... and on another trip we received an UBER after waiting for more than 15 MINUTES PRIOR MY BOOKING TIME... it was only when me and my husband spoke to the DRIVER and figured you guys had booked a UBER FOR US?! Very ridiculous on how unprofessional and temporal the service is!!!!

I travel frequently, so every time when I travel, I worry about how to get to the airport conveniently and not miss my checking time. So I did a research online this time and I found this shuttle service who gets great commends by customer. Thats why I decide to try their service for my trip last month. I made my reservation online and it is easy to me to make a good pre-plan for my busy schedule. The driver arrived just on time and I had a good experience on my way to the airport. I even can make the round trip reservation for my return schedule. Now I dont need to worry about my pick up plan any more. Recommended!

Booking was very easy and fast...Our driver, Carlos contacted me the evening before the flight to introduce himself and confirm our pick up time...He arrived early and waited patiently for us...Safe driver and got us to the airport in a timely fashion. Will be requesting Carlos again for our return flight and will definitely use Americar services again.

I received an Über booked car after waiting for half an hour.. I was told American shuttle cab with a driver would pick me up..After been waiting for my cab and trying to contact them.. Eventually a car arrived..but guess what driver is with Über and she waited for 15 mins with no communication in meantime.. it was only when I spoke with Driver I figured they have booked a Über but they didn’t communicate driver number and status of driver timely.. Hopefully I catch my flight..

I have used this shuttle company several times now and the drivers are courteous and on time. Will continue to use them for my future business trips.
