My companys business is 100% eCommerce online. We desperately needed a new website. We contracted with Loud Canvas in Dover, NH. for the new website. The website we needed built was not a simple, standard eCommerce website. The project had numerous complexities, twist and turns that are not standard on eCommerce websites. Also there was a huge time crunch making the build of this website even more difficult. The entire Loud Canvas staff needs credit for the excellent website they created with a special thanks to the project coordinator Emma Binnie, but the person at Loud Canvas that was responsible for the build itself/the coding was a Mr. George Whitcher. Georges knowledge base and understanding of Wordpress/Woocommerce puts him far above all the website designers I interviewed for this project, and I spoke to many. His knowledge base could not be any higher. He is an absolute expert in Wordpress/Woocommerce. Having had other websites built, I knew the person doing the coding needed more than expertise. That person needed to be easy to communicate with, and work threw problems with. Without both of these characteristic being in place, the final product could very well be comprised. In the interviewing of Loud Canvas, and we had numerous meetings with Loud Canvas before we signed on with them, Mr. Whitcher was involved in all of those meetings. His expertise became evident from the very first meeting. What also became evident from the very first meeting was Mr. Whitchers demeanor. Either this guy was the greatest actor in the world, or he genuinely cared about building the website my company needed. In the meetings that followed I saw something in Mr. Whitcher that made me know he was the guy for this very large website build. George has a quality in working with people that does not come out of a book that teaches you customer relations. If I hear one more person from my cable company read from the paper in front them... Im so sorry fro the problem you are having before I even tell them what the problem is, I will scream! And its not his boss telling him how to treat customers. The reason why working with George is such a pleasure is because he is genuine, and sincere. No act here, just a nice guy. If it is true nice guys finish last he has last place all locked up (lol).
