Dover gym is not fancy but it has a great bodybuilding community and more than equipment for your lifting/cardio needs. Lots of dynamic outdoor tires and hammers you can use. All of the Strongman stuff...all of it.

Went for a tweak aerobic class but the instructor never showed up. I invited of my friends for a girls date to be told that the class wasnt offered on Saturdays even though the instructor confirmed the date and time with me.

One of the best workouts Ive had! Great gym and friendly atmosphere. I did a drop in, but definitely thinking of becoming a member.

Always harrassed by the buff/fat staff member. Every time I would go in Dover gym hed just find little things and come inform me on what not to do. Not going there again. If youre looking for a true gritty gym, The Training Center in new castle De is the place for you!!

Best gym in Delaware. Great members and great equipment. It’s a awesome experience and they even have really cool clothing for a great price that you can enjoy your workouts in. The owner is always there and willing to do anything to ensure the customers experience. Name a gym where you actually know the owner!!! The overall staff is awesome! The atmosphere is awesome. Its like home. You are always treated and treated with respect. The owner comes in throughout the day and speaks to everyone in the gym. Music is great machines are great.

The owner Lyfe displays some of the worst customer service as well as paying below minimum wage to his workers. Cancelled my membership back in August only to get billed again in December. He ignores my calls, text and emails about it only to finally respond much later saying it was my fault for not making sure it was cancelled when I asked to have it cancelled in August.....what?

I Have visited this Gym several times as a guest for a Bootcamp and back to basics class. Although the class is intense the instructor Kwame is motivating and friendly . I enjoy that its affordable and the class members also encourage one another!

If you are looking for a gym in Dover, DE. you need to go to Dover gym yesterday and sign up!Tons of weight lifting equipment, cardio, events, and most badass boxing room I have ever had the pleasure of working out in!The actual owners of the gym are always around, and they couldnt be more genuinely cool people. It has the best vibe out of any gym I have ever been to, Im telling ya folks!!!!

They offer a great Bootcamp class instructed by Kwame. A good 2-level gym with all the standard equipment and supplements.
