Brandon Hohrein has been phenomenal at finding me a place to call home. He responded quickly to my initial inquiry. He took the time to ask all the right questions to discover the type of house I was looking for. He sent me possibilities that matched my needs and not just anything that popped up for rent. Upon finding my dream house, rather than handing me over to the property manager, he was swift in obtaining the application and walked me through the whole process. He went so far as to personally visit the property manager, deliver the application fee and discuss my interest with her. I had understood from the PM that it would take 10 to 14 days to know if I had been accepted. However, with Brandons help, I was awarded the house in less than 2 days!If you are shopping for a realtor, Brandon Hohrein is your man! He goes above and beyond for his clients. When I am ready to buy, it will be him that I call!
I worked with Brandon recently to sell my home and purchase a new home in the area. Brandon did an excellent job marketing my home, getting professional photos, 3D walk through, and then navigating the multiple offers that came in. He was polite and pleasant to work with. He was responsive to my questions. The new house was a bit tricky as the market is crazy. Brandon showed me countless houses all over Kent county. He gave me advice on writing offers that were reasonable and he kept me up to date throughout the transaction. There were even hiccups at closing and Brandon was very supportive. He was concerned about what I wanted. I appreciated that, especially in a stressful last minute change.
Brandon Hohrein did an excellent job guiding me through the process of selling my house. He was very responsive, knowledgeable & professional. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good, honest real estate agent.
Having to navigate the sale of a first home can be extremely difficult and involved, especially when you are unsure of all of the details involved. Brandon and his team were extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process, and made what could be a frustrating experience as easy as possible. Kudos to the entire Hohrein group!
Frankly terrible. We used this group as our property management company when we moved from the local area. And I can’t say enough bad things. It was a complete waste of money. Sandys personal life perpetually took precedence over our home. We had water leaks and were yelled at for asking them to find a contractor ASAP. We ended up finding one. They were hard to get ahold of argumentative, unprofessional.
Poor communication from Sandy and Ron. I am missing thousands of dollars in which Ive been told the renter hasnt been paying. Sandy allowed him to drag his feet with excuse after excuse. She had no concern for my financial stress. One can imagine how stressful not receiving rent for 6 months can be. It made it that much worse not having a responsive realtor behind me. The tenant has recieved his 60 day letter and now is still there 10 days later. I hope to have my keys back and to be done dealing with Sandy asap. Hope this helps someone else.
Ron and Sandy are by far the best agents I have had the pleasure to work with. Selling a home can be a stressful affair. Ron and Sandy went above and beyond, making the process very smooth for my family and I. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You wont be dissapointed.
Ron was fantastic! He gave us great advice to help get our house ready, answered all our questions, and best of all kept the whole process smooth!
Oh my Elizabeth M- I can not believe you are referring to Ron & Sandy in such a negative light! I have been able to count on Ron for great advice & speedy responses! This holds true for my stupid questions & the sporadic times that I ask them! Logically speaking, since the team has sooooooo many SOLDs under their belts, they are most certainly doing right by their clients.
My first interactions with Ron made me weary, but as we were in a time crunch, my husband and I decided to go with them anyway. He was rude and quite stuck up. Since then, I have become increasingly disappointed and disgusted with the way these people conduct themselves in business; thousands of rent dollars have gone missing and Ron and Sandy are slow or unresponsive in letting us know where this money has gone or when we can expect it. We literally live 4,500 miles away, so dropping by is out of the question. When we expressed interest in selling it or finding a new property manager, they have since continued to drag their feet and communications have almost ceased to exist. I have contacted a lawyer and I fully intend to report this excuse of a team to the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs.
Ron and Sandy were both a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond my expectations.
