This company (dba Kart It) through Amazon scammed me out of almost $800. I have the email from them asking me to remove my dispute with my credit card company and they would issue my refund. I did as they asked and they never gave me a refund. I can’t reopen a dispute (as this company was well aware) and now have no other option but to reach out to my Attorney General, the BBB and any other platform that will investigate this company. I am attaching a copy of their email here. Please beware!

I have been trying to return a damaged purchased item for about 3 weeks without having to pay for the returned label of $38.00. Ive sent them a thread of emails indicating I should not be held responsible to pay for a returned shipping label since the product was damaged. I also sent them images as soon as I received it. After a few days of no response, I called the company and spoke to a gentleman in Customer Service and he stated he would follow up with a response. I kept getting the same responses to please be patient due to the limit of their work staff and working remotely, they would get back to me within 48 hours. However the last email I received stated they would have the shipping carrier come to my home and pick up the item at no charge within 10 business days, otherwise I can donate or discard the item and they will refund my money. In one of my emails I offered to keep the item at a discounted price but again I received no response. I called again today and spoke to another gentleman and he stated he would follow up with his case manager regarding the discount and I would get an email within the hour. That was 5 hours ago. I would never order anything from this company again.

An order arrived from Amazon visibly damaged. I opened the package and found damaged pieces, but I thought I could cover the damages with a wood marker, so I attempted to put it together and the metal cams shattered when I turned them into the screws. Its mostly particle board. Not worth the price. So disappointed with the whole mess, I requested a return and was approved, but I have to pay to ship it.Ill never order from third-party vendors again.

In one word, TERRIBLE! I returned a Queen bed that was purchase because it was the wrong size. I needed a full bed. The boxes were returned in perfect condition, THEY WERE NEVER OPENED, over a month ago and I still have not been provided with my refund. This is completely unethical and Kart It does not adhere to its own return policy! I would give less than one star if I could.UPDATE: Two months after I returned the “unopened box” via FedEx, I only received a 50% refund and they are claiming the box was damaged. They have offered no proof that the box was damaged. If fact, the photos they did provide are dated 12/23/20, the day before my box was delivered on 12/24/20, and therefore could not possibly be the package I returned.So beware before you order from Kart It, as they do not adhere to their return policy and will falsely claim that the box was damaged in an effort to not provide refunds.

I would give them Negative starts if I could....***BUYERS BEWARE***Ordered a Walnut chair, we received a very orange (not walnut) chair. When we wanted to return these for a refund, we got the run around for a week, Kart It wanted us to pay shipping fees to have these returned and pay a restocking fee. I refused because I did not order an orange chair. We finally agreed that Kart It would take the chairs back and wave the restocking fee (even though this was not my error) if we did not post a review that reflected negatively on the company. We agreed, returned the chairs back to Kart It and according to the emails I just received, we are being charged a 20% restocking fee. This company mis-represented a product and wants its customers to eat all the fees. Even after agreeing to terms, they have their chairs but I do not have my money. Company has zero integrity and I will not do business or recommend.

I recently bought a bed and it was delivered on time. Though it was missing some parts but kartit has been very responsive and shipped the missing parts to me within a weeks time and i also received a partial compensation for the delay aswell. Very impressed with the service. Keep up the good work 👍

We bought end tables through KART IT on amazon. One of them arrived cracked in January 2020. Then going back and forth with KART IT and the other wholesale companies, we were first offered nothing and was asked to pay for our item to be shipped back to the warehouse and that could’ve cost us more than the item itself. Then we are offered to keep the item but we would get 20% off. Then we were offered $50. We ended up figuring out all of the companies in the supply chain. The furniture is purchased overseas by one wholesale company and they admitted they don’t even check the products for defects or damage. Then they sell to another company and then KART IT sells to us. All in all, we didn’t get a new item that wasn’t damaged, we as the customers got completely screwed over. All companies involved tried to place blame on the other, acting like they have no responsibility for their product. I am only posting here to protect the consumer. This item was a gift for our wedding, and now it’s March 2020 with no resolution and the company doesn’t seem to want to give us what we paid for which is a brand new, non damaged or defective item.

Beware and be sure before buying anything because you have to pay for shipping your return and on top of that there is 20% restocking fee, if you have used it a little bit there is no refund. So, it is not worth to return anything.

Placed an order for a uberscoot 1600 was told it will ship on june the 3rd well never recived any thing showing it shipped, so I sent out multiple e mails to them with no response. Then this evening I get a message from Ebay saying my order was canceled by the buyer and saying that I ask for a refund and I never talked to any one nor did I ask to have my order cancled or for a refund. So my advice to any one buying from these people is dont do it you wont get what you ordered so dont waist your time with this company it a joke!!!!!!!!
