I have called this Computer Place to only ask a question.... I got such a warm welcome. The worker was able to help me out with my question.... He was very Professional!! He seemed to know A Lot... about computers........I do plan on taking my Lap top to them, if I ever need to get it fix... Was having an issue with my computer that I couldnt figure out. Took it to this place and was figured out in less than a day, fixed very fast. I appreciate that at every point along the way I got a phonecall to tell me what was happening and needed to be done. Excellent communication and very upfront. Very pleased with the service provided and will absolutely be coming back if and when my computer has a problem next time.

I only had a small problem compared to some of the other reviews, but it was big to me. Possibly being without a computer in this day and age for any length of time is unheard of. Al fixed it within hours. The only delay was getting the part to him through our trusty top of the line USPS. (Im still getting Christmas cards delivered by USPS)I contacted Al and he was very prompt. I took the laptop to him, explained the problem and what I thought the issue was. He listened then checked for himself. It was the plug port. The port receptacle had come disengaged somehow, so the plug would not seat correctly, thereby disallowing the battery to recharge. The computer error said the charging cable was not recognized. It was the OEM. A check on Google, and Dells own site showed this is, and has been, a common problem with Dell laptops. An issue theyve known about for years, but refuse to correct. Anyway, problem solved and fixed at a fair price. I checked what was involved in replacing this minor part, and its involved, at least beyond my novice capability.My wife initially suggested going to The Geek Squad, but Im one who likes personal service and speaking with the person who will be working on my laptop. Here you get that. Not so much for a large company like The Geeks.Thanks again. We will be coming back for any future computer issues.RayPS: support small businesses

Very professional in answering the phone and knew exactly what I was looking for.

Very quick and very responsive. Did a psu upgrade for me and his level of customer service is unmatched. He answered emails after hours and even on Sunday evening which I felt bad for. You’ll get that level of service no where these days. Job was done fast and with precision as all the wires are tucked in beautifully. This is the go-to computer guy in the Delaware area!!
