The boys did a nice job with the carpets but pricing scheme was less desirable. From the moment they walked through the door everything was fair game and additional 5 bucks! To move one piece of furniture across the room was 5 bucks, to put 4 little pieces of foam under furniture was 5 bucks, to do a little 2x3 ft closet that was a part of the room was 5 bucks, etc., never mind that they were cleaning one less room than in the original quote. Just beware!

Stephen arrived on time and ready to go. Before setting anything up, he walked around all the areas that we would be having cleaned to go over areas of concern. We have all white carpet and I do have high expectations on wanting them to look as close to perfect as possible. I had pointed out some very deep set makeup stains as well as hair oil staining and pet stains. He managed to get almost all of then completely out and took my carpet back to it’s former glory. His set up was neat and well laid out. I was very impressed with that. A job well done I will definitely use him again soon! If you have white or off white carpets- this is who you need to call!

Stephen and his nephew were very professional, courteous and punctual. Arranging an appointment was done easily by email and automatic updates were sent to my cell phone. They even arrived earlier than scheduled, with a text message reporting an early arrival 30 minutes in advance. They did an excellent job cleaning my carpeted stairs, an upstairs hallway, and master bedroom. I have a long haired dog and the carpets take a lot of abuse but you couldn’t tell once they had completed work. They payed special attention to edges using an edge tool to ensure a seamless finish. They finished in just under an hour, as promised. I highly recommend them and plan to use again in the future.

They did an amazing job with shampoo-ing and cleaning our floor carpet - It previously had been stained with cat urine. After 13 years in our home, the high traffic areas on our carpets looked quite worn. Stephen pre-treated them, brushed them out and then cleaned them with his high pressure hot water cleaner.
