Quality subscription carwash. With the constant pollen, dust and dirt of Dover, this is a great value, especially if you dont have a garage. Every wash (except for the lowest package) includes a vacuum token, and they have high-power commercial vacuums that they empty regularly.

First time here with my new truck. Ive always used manual car washes in the past but figured what the heck Ill try it. Came out looking terrible. Dirty with multiple areas of obvious mechanical damage to the hood, A-frame, and 100s of scratches down the sides. Spoke with the Manager about the damage who promptly smirked and told me to prove it! and refused to give any information about the owner or insurance. Filed a claim with my insurance company, paid the deductible- all done!

First time here with my Toyota Corolla car, After the car wash I could see multiple scratches on the right side of the car. I have tried to call the regional manager Robyn, but no one answer the call.Also I have sent email 3 days before but no response. Such an irresponsible management.  I need to check with my insurance for claim.

I come here multiple times a week and have been for a few years now and have no complaints. The most recent staff (June 2020) are very friendly. Although Ive never really experienced a bad employee, the current staff just seems to be more friendly and personable.

My car got scratched, ended up talking to the Regional manager Robyn, she treated me like dirt saying the car was like that eventhough I have pictures from the same day before and after. Ill be spreading the word.Ms. Robyn Sprague was rude and unprofessional. Thanks for that. Unfortunately eith her not addressing the issue as it should be Ill have to spread the word and go to small claims court.

Not very good this is the second time this month the carwash has turn off my rear windshield wiper cost me $28 to replace it the first time now I have to replace it a second time so I may have to find another car wash or they are going to have to compensate me also leaves water spots all over the car and does not do a good job on the lower part of the car I have a Subaru outback a very normal car

First class, full service, professional wash at competitive prices. My Moms car hadnt been washed for literally years and White Water took off the dirt and film in one pass! Highly recommended.

Worth it. My looked sparkling clean after $10 car wash and I got a token for vacuum. Token good for 4 minutes of vacuuming only, so you need to prepare and set the car ready before you put the coin/token in. (Like get the rugs/carpet out,etc)

Just enrolled in the unlimited wash! My toddler thinks the wash lights are the coolest thing ever. I wished they would power wash the exterior of the car before the car went through, my clear coat is already looking poor due to the dirt/salt debri on my car and residual debri on the wash mitts.

Wash club is a great deal for anyone offroading. I just went there (5/24) COVERED in dried mud and the two girls got it spotless.

Best carwash around Dover. This is not a touch free carwash, it is one where your car is pulled through and does a really nice job. It also came with a free vacuum token.

Great crew, great value! Manager was very friendly and professional when setting up my appointment. The only drawback was the owner. He was very crass and seems to undervalue his staff. Such a shame!

The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is due to the washes being slightly inconsistent. Im sure one day the equipment will get an upgrade, but occasionally the wash will still leave soap on the car here and there. For the price, its 100% acceptable. With that being said, its a great car wash! You really cant go wrong with the price for a basic wash, and the VIP program is a complete steal if you was your car a lot. The staff is also usually friendly and courteous.

Get there unlimited car wash package! you got - wiping 4 minutes of vacuuming every time you stop by with an unlimited car wash package. Highly suggest this for any of my realtor or sales friends or people who work out of their car!

I bought a $20 per month car wash pass. With the disgusting pollen and dust from parking in the road, I wash my Camaro every other day. Even if theres a line it moves very quick. Always cleans, rinses and dries the entire car perfectly.

Very disappointed with customer service and just helping someone in need. I used the manual wand carwash in the back of the carwash. My daughter was in the car and turned the accessories on and we were there for about an hour and it drained the battery. I had my own jumper cables and walked to the front office to see if someone could give me a jump to get started. The manager said no right off the bat and she went to the owner and they also said no. Their only recommendation was to go ask one of the customers to help me. Luckily, a very nice man waiting to use the carwash helped me out right away.

I liked the inside as well as the do it yourself. I love how the vacuum and pressure water is right next to eachother.

The equipment was updated just a few months ago. The staff is great, they spray down your car to start, and use a brush on the back before you go in, since so many tunnel washes miss the very back. Free dash wipes, and the vacuums always seem to be in working order.

Just got the complete interior detail. Looks awesome!! They did such a good job!!

The customer service was mediocre at best. I’m not impressed by this place at all. Van looked decent after a carpet detail but I was brushed off when I tried to stop them from running it through the car wash which I didn’t know was part of what I paid for and I have a window that needs to be taped shut and was treated like an annoyance when I intervened to explain. Not a good impression.

Fastest car wash ever! I got the volcano wash and it was horrible!! The woman up front washed the back of my car and it looks exactly the same with dirt and spots everywhere. Overall still dirty and nowhere near worth the price!

Completely suck!! Leaves scratches on car and when calling to talk with ANYONE, its impossible. I think they are afraid to take care of their customers properly. A small business thriving on greed and thats it.

Absolutely horrible. Overpriced, didnt clean the entire car and smelled like cigarette smoke. You would do better with your home vacuum. DO NOT recommend!

I have a monthly membership here and am satisfied with my service. Some of the vacuums have been hit or miss as far as performance here, however, when I brought this up to the staff they were very attentive and fixed the problem.

Today, on 12/11/2016, I had a very bad experience. The automatic cleaner machine broke the back wiper system and the antenna ... They told me it was not their responsibility, they can do nothing... The vehicule is Buick Enclave 2011 ! Very bad customer service ... Do not go there ! I tried to call the manager; no answers

I do the unlimited monthly washes. Everytime i go there i get a vaccum token, if poochie is with me they give her a cookie. Good service everytime.
