This company advertises 24 hour service as of 5/3/2014, when in fact they are not.Actually I called the night before at 7:30 pm to arrange a ride to Cleveland for the next day and no one ever called back. So I called again the next morning at 8:30 am and still no answer. 2 minutes later I get a call back from someone at Saferide, I think I woke him up, claiming he was returning a missed cal from a minute ago, not the call from the night before, just the call that woke him up. He said that they dont start answering phones till 5 pm, so I said I dont understand the 24 hour ad. He then told me to F**k OffMaybe they are good for driving drunks home in retired cop cars, whoopee. I wouldnt hire them, good luck.....

GREAT service ....TRIED using some of the other couriers in the area. There a joke compared to the level of the outstanding reliable performance of this company !
