This dealership is hands down the best Ive ever dealt with. From the day I bought my truck and any issues Ive ever had they honestly took care of me. I live in Texas and bought my truck from them in 2017 while in Ohio working. I was only there for 45 minutes and that was to get everything out of my trade into my new truck.I purchased a warranty from them that has proven to be the best buy Ive ever made.The motor in my truck went out and they replaced it no question asked. I really appreciate a dealership that honors their word. I will go back when I need a new truck.

In for warranty work all went well and timely but then someone put the car around behind the building instead of in front for pickup.was definitely to cold to be playing hide &seek for the car !!

Just purchased my first Ram and had to have a recall take care of and order parts for my mirror that I smashed backing out of my garage. Service and parts departments were both great to work with.

This is without a doubt the customer service I have every received in my life and this dealership has essentially stolen money from my son, in the United States Army stationed at Fort Drum in NY. He was home on leave during the Thanksgiving holiday and his truck broke down on I77. When I went to pick him up on Sunday it was discovered that the rear differential in the truck was shot. We had towing on our insurance policy and it was stipulated by the coverage that it was to be towed to this particular dealership. I gave my son my car so he could get back to his station on time.On Monday I called the service department to find out if they could look at the truck and was informed that they couldnt get to it until the following week at the earliest. At that time I started making plans to go get it which took a day or two.In the meantime, without any permission to proceed, they shoot a $5k estimate to my son which they claim they had 3hrs in. I could tell by standing at the road-side for 5 minutes that the rear differential was shot and would needed to be replaced. I dont understand what they would have that amount of time in.To make things better they presented us with a bill over $200 for looking at it and wouldnt release the truck to the tow company to get it back to my home town area.Nice job Parkway Chrysler. Supporting a serviceman that makes nothing. Unauthorized work on a vehicle and then holding the servicemans vehicle hostage for $200.Well done!
