My toddler locked me out of my car (as they tend to do) on a 95 degree day. They came down super fast, so much so my fiancee with AAA was shocked. Driver was super kind and helpful and interacted amazingly with my son. 10/10 would recommend

Second time I had work done by this garage. I was impressed the first time and even more impressed the second time. Highly recommend these dedicated mechanics as the craftsmanship, honesty and timeliness is perfect.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful.I just got the air checked in the tires, a clamp that the car needed and wiper fluid.

We are 100% impressed with Bobs Auto and Wrecker Service. They were quick to respond and very polite. We had expected our technician to be stuck all day but Bobs rescued him within 30 minutes or less. The ladies on the phone were amazing. You can bet that if we need service in the future we will be reaching out to Bobs!!!

Devon and his team are the best. I have had the check tire light on for 2 years. One place wanted $450 to put new pressure sensors in each wheel. I brought my Buick in for an oil change and Devon -diagnosed the problem and fixed it for no charge.. I did not even ask for the repair.Another time, my check engine light came and I stopped by without an appointment- Devon stopped what he was doing, put the computer analyzer on the car, and re-set the temperature sensor- NO CHARGE. He told me to replace the sensor, if the light came back on. So far two weeks later, it is still working.I have been using Bobs for over 30 years and I have had nothing but honest, fair service.. These guys are pros who know how to diagnose and fix your car, not just replace parts until they find problem.

Devin is extremely customer focused and very fair. In this day and age it is getting increasingly more difficult to find an honest, reliable businesses that you can trust. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Had a flat tire this morning, and Bobs told me to stop in and they could fit me into their schedule. As soon as I pulled up, they began working on it and plugged my tire within minutes. All for $20! Excellent service and friendly! Will be going back for all my repairs. Thank you!!

After a scheduling issue with a different garage, I walked into Bobs with almost no hope of being able to get my inspection done that day. They told me that theyd take my car in immediately and get it done for me. Easily the best customer service Ive witnessed at any garage before. Its unfortunate that Im moving to Washington state tomorrow because I actually want to be a return customer here.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR CAR. THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU AND HOLD YOUR CAR HOSTAGE FOR PAYMENT. After dropping $240 for two tows totaling less than 2 miles and a (fraudulent) diagnosis, they wanted $250 for a new starter...and by new, I suspect they really mean refurbished or salvaged. Want to bring your own parts for installation? That will cost you $120/hr. After I got my car back from them, I brought my car and a new starter (they told me the old one had failed and charged me for the privilege) to a different, better mechanic who correctly diagnosed and repaired a faulty ground wire. All the while, I continuously caught their dishonest mechanics in lie after lie regarding what was actually done with my car and the veracity of their billing practices. Im currently disputing the charges with the credit card company and will very likely be fully reimbursed. If you break down, DO NOT LET THEM TAKE YOUR CAR!!!!! You would be better off signing up for a year of AAA from the side of the road and burning your card when you got home. You could probably burn all the cash in your wallet and still come out ahead. Dont let the family business facade fool you, this is a family of crooks who will always be trying to pull the wool over your eyes.

Took a truck for a pre-purchase inspection. It was certified pre-owned. They were able to find tires that needed replacing and an oil leak that needed attention. They were awesome with the whole process

I needed a tow this evening! Bad alternator. It was after hours 6.30. Guy was in portsmouth and I was in Dover. He arrived in a timely way right after he was finished with the tow he was working on.Tow and conversation went well.Highly recommend.

These guys were super professional when they righted my overturned vehicle and hauled it back to their shop. In a situation where a bad recovery could have caused a great deal of damage, they were so smart and gentle with my truck that I was actually able to drive it home after the fluids settled out. Amazing!

I agree with Nick, they charge d $175 for a tow from exit 8w to less than half mile down the road... Absolute crooks, youd be better off pushing your car home...

I brought my 01 saab 9-5 here, simply because they were local and usually very friendly. They also have a sign that says imports so I figured they could do basic maintance on my Saab, or at least diagnose it. Its not a space ship to work on like many believe. Any ways, I had a blown lower coolant hose, in which they fixed and gave back. I drive it immediately to wal-mart where I have another hose blown off. They tow it back free of charge, only to charge me a total of over $600 and they claim its all fixed, replacing a bunch of different coolant hoses.Well, something wasnt right when I got it back so I drove it immediately to Saab Specific in Maine, and on the way there I blew my head gasket.Simply put, they do not no how to diagnose foreign cars, so if you have a simple OLDER vehicle such as a ford Taurus, or even possibly a Honda civic, this is the place. If you value your car and it is even remotely hard to work on, find a better shop.I even went back to tell them what happened, and all they had was excuses as there were other customers sitting there, they simply wanted me out of there as fast as possible.

Just called them to get a quote for replacing 2 lower Front Ball Joints and was quoted $1100.00 . Other local shops were quoting $360-$390Not sure why they felt it was worth charging $700 more

My car was stolen from the location it was being stored and I didnt find out for a substantial amount of time. After confirming my police report etc, the staff at Bobs were so helpful and consistent. It was a relief during a very hard time. Their expenses are reasonable, and their policies are fair. Im so thankful for all their help!
