I am definitely grateful for this Sams. Unexpectedly, we used to shop the Hiram location and found this Douglasville one to be if a better stocking for us. Overall I live Sams club app the most. The scan and go feature is so life saving in this social distancing world we live. Definitely makes the trip in and or I can use the curbside pickup which has been great as well.

Not a big fan of this store! Staffs attitude needs some training! The app scan is why I choose sams! Dont have to wait in line!

This sam’s club is always very well stocked, clean & the customer service is great. I’m writing about the pharmacy. The staff is very courteous & informative. They familiarize themselves with you, which is soothing. Also they will contact your physician when it’s time for a refill & notify you of the process. The pharmacist is always very kind & patient. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone & oh yeah the prices are well worth it.

There is quite a long line at checkout. Best to use express checkout and go lane to save time.

Completed my very first Sams Club order pick up. It was a great experience! A few items were unavailable, but not a huge issue. The main items were available. It was easy and stress-free online shopping. I checked in on the app. Before long my order was being loaded in my car. Id definitely online shop again!!

Sam club went above and beyond for us today! Everyone was so helpful and quick to respond. Shelves were stocked and in order. Produce looked fresh meat department was stocked and looking good! I will request that they start selling alcohol like other stores do, Id shop here more if they did! But were usually happy when we shop here from the people at the front door to when we leave the store. Great employees at this store! Keep it up! Oh and get alcohol in the store.

Although the store has had a rearrange and things are not where they have been for years there were plenty of friendly associates ready to help point us in the direction of the things we needed. The new layout seems to flow better and like items do seem to be a little more together now ie; coffee and soda now are on the same side of the store. All in all it was a successful trip and we will return to this location. As well as happy to have a membership.

Very clean place. I always love coming to this location the lines are long but they move quick. They also have a great variety to choose from on their groceries.You name it they got it!

I actually really like my Sams. Besides standing in line on a busy day, everything has been pleasant and smooth at the Douglasville location. The Hiram location is updated so its a smidge better on the looks side of things but both have been great to me!

Overall, Sams is a good volume buy store. You have to get it while it is available as well. Many items are a one time buy. Not all of the items are a great deal. Sometimes, your better off buying the regular price items in lesser quantity. Selection is selective, so it may not be the exact thing you are wanting to buy. Ex. Pop tarts... if you like the flavor(s) they have in stock, all may be fine, but if you are looking for a variety of flavors, you will be limited. Plus, sometimes the quantity doesnt make sense by your usage. May take you a couple of years to use that much of an item. They definitely offer some great values throughout the store. I think they are much better to BJs and comparable with Costco.

Low on inventory and unfriendly staff. Did not know the hear center was no longer available

The place was nice and clean. Staff was awesome good hotel room for the price. Better than ones in the area in the price range.

Good prices on some items that are in stock and other items are hard to find since they have moved them.

I like Sam’s next to Walmart’s. I didn’t have a membership for years. I’m happy I got one again. Lots of yummy items like chicken pot pie.

Great store. Has just about everything you need. And the bakery is great. Love their pies and bread.

Stopped by just to grab a bite because the food is so amazing here and it is quite a fair bit cleaner then a normal Sams club

Worst Sams experience ever. No meat out on the cooler. No employee to be found. Finally interrupted two employees goofing around to get the item I wanted, then when I get to the front the system was down. Incredibly overbearing and rude employee demands that I download a app on MY PERSONAL PHONE in order to check myself out on MY OWN PHONE. Come on people! I pay a membership already, youve already taken the service out of it with self checkout, now I have to use my personal phone in order to PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCT! I walked out and frankly dont plan on coming back.

This Sams Club is never over crowded with patrons until the holiday season. So, if youd just like to get in and out, this is a great location to do that. However, this location does not offer fresh squeezed Orange Juice like the location in Newnan does. Thats the only reason it gets 4 stars. Otherwise they have a great selection of seasonal items too.

I went to Sams Club to replace my Duracell Battery for my Tahoe. I did not know that I needed an appointment to get a battery installed. So I installed the battery and new terminals myself beside the building sine my vehicle would not start again. The same battery I replaced lasted almost seven years. I think that is pretty good. And I purchased some produce while I was there.

There was some confusion at the door with my exchange! I was told by the greeter to stop & the members desk 1st after waiting in a looonnnggg line I was told by the cashier to go grab my items & come back AND WAIT IN LINE AGAIN in order to do my exchange! It is HOT & the air in this location is pretty much nonexistent. That a was a total waste of time...and very unnecessary!

Found what I needed. But only a couple of cashiers were open, self checkout Lanes were backed up. Eventually abandoned shopping cart and went to a grocery store that had cashiers working. Only waited about 30 seconds there to check out.Why cant Sams have a minimum level of open and staffed checkout lanes?

I stopped at this Sams Club today because it was closer to where I was at. This store is nicely setup, just like the Sams in Marietta. The staff are nice and friendly.

Always clean, organized & well stocked. Great place to shop for large families. Wish they had more NON GMO, NHFCS, & No artificial colors or dye options for food and snacks.

Sams shopping was fine, but heres my issue. You only have 2 lines with human-aided checkers, and you have a bunch of self-check lanes where customers are doing the work of check out now. And your bathroom looks worse than ever. Did you fire everyone when you got those self check outs? No one to tidy the toilets or empty the trash?

Ive been shopping at this location for the past 5 years... Sad to say that today was the worse experience Ive ever encountered... I met my wife and 3 year old son here today after a long day of work. He asked for a trampoline so being the father I am one was purchased. Once I got out to the car, it would not fit... I explained to the door greeter the situation and asked it was possible to leave it there until I drive less than 5 miles down the street to get my van and her manager denied me the opportunity Smh. Never once thought as a paid member I would be treated such a way...Theres stores that you dont need a membership to enter that gives better Courtesy... I will be thinking hard about the next renewal. Not to mention I just renewed last week👎👎👎👎👎👎

I love how the store has been renovated. Its very organized this way. Download the Sams Club app and skip the often long lines with scan as you go. I dont know WHY people dont do this. They also have order ahead with curbside pickup.

All in all this is a pretty good Sams Club. Right now they are upgrading the fresh and frozen seafood cases so inventory is very low but the meat/seafood fellow was incredible helpful. He was stocking chicken and went to the back and found a case of King crab for me and then looked for the #8 shrimp. I got the crab but they were out of the largest shrimp. Totally understandable during this upgrade... Just no room for the stuff till the cases are ready! Anyway, the employees are very helpful and you can tell the management is really trying to make it a great club!

Sams Club is the perfect place for bulk items. Anything you could possibly need and more will be there. At reasonable prices. 😌

I found everything I was looking for......however upon checkout the card machine needs some attention, it shouldnt take three tries to be able to finally cashout!

I shop at other Sam stores, so based on that, i can say the Douglasville Sams store appears to be mismanaged compared to other stores. They are always changing the rules, put your items on another cart one day, six months later, dont have to. They stopped carrying C-fold paper towels, but dont seem to know why, they sell the Bunn commercial coffee maker but not the filters. Checking out is a lot like getting your drivers license renewed at the DMV, if you have a cart, you cant self check out. Lots of back and forth rules at the Douglasville Sams. The Hiram store is so much more friendlier for the customer.

Good location I really like that they had mask for you if you didnt have one. And the snack shop that sells pizza and hotdogs the price is really reasonable.

I love shopping here, I always find more than I need here, lol, good variety, good deals.

Whats not to like? Large clean building. The rona has the fountain drinks shutdown and the food court is extremely limited right now as far as sliced pizza and hot dogs, but you can order a whole pizza.

Always a good experience at Sams. They are making changes inside, not bad at all. My only issue was the bag of peanut M&Ms... they were not there, can you bring those back please?

Another flawless trip. I went to replace a three year old battery only to find out it still under warranty there was no hassles or arguing. The tech checked it, pulled up my receipt from three years ago from when I purchased it and done a warranty exchange and didnt cost my anything. Shop here quite a bit and never have an issue.

We enjoy shopping here. The essential items are extremely scarce, yet they stock what they have add are helpful when asked fur assistance.

My go to for my grocery shopping and supply needs. Close to everything and always stocked.

As a truck driver making a 4am delivery, the receiving door was difficult to locate, rang the bell repeatedly for almost an hour before someone finally came to unload. Half a load, tp. 2 hrs in I’m still at the dock.

Customer service is none existant in Sams. It is extremely frustrating to have to stand in line for 15 minutes to do a return. It has been a constant issue through out this pandemic. Employees not wearing a mask as well as the customers running around with out one. Their lack of discipline is exposing the rest of us on the long lines. At the register, at the returns counter and at the door. The less time we spend there the better.

This store needs some serious help, I have been to many different Sams club stores and non have been as bad as this one. I would replace most of the employees from the bottom all the way to the top. Employees at this store dont know were anything is and dont even try to help you find it the supervisor is also no help. I think its a lack of training and poor management. Also the store is always out of stock of certain products and I hate the way they rearranged everything it looks horrible. Long story short I dont think I will be going to this sams club any more I rather drive all the way to Marietta, Ga were the people that work there know what there doing.

I didnt realize that you have to download the SAMS app inorder to pick up your order. Why doesnt it works like Walmart? Walmart pick up is simple. There was only person working the pick up service. He was durning the best he could but it got to be too much! It was a horrible experience!!!!!

Well stocked store .I left my own local area for this store only because it has the extra touch .customer service was awesome.

Prices are good for buying things in bulk, and the check out was fast. Would be 5 stars, but it seems like they always have some vendor in there doing a hard sell on cell phone plans, cable tv or some such, which annoys me. I hate having to be abrupt with people like that, otherwise a good store.

I enjoy that I can get in and out. The variety of bulk items that you can get only at Sams Club. The store is always neat and organized. I like the unbeatable prices on a little snack at the food cafe..So after you shop you can enjoy a drink and a big slice of pizza for less than $3 dollars.

Clean, organized place for all your bulk shopping needs. Staff is friendly, they are wearing masks and abiding by CDC regulations. Theyve done a good job keeping meat stocked as well.

My wife went into the ladies restroom after shopping at Sams. She had to report to the manager how disgusting the odor in the bathroom was and the lack of cleaningness. As big as the pandemic concern with Covid is at this time that bathroom should be in a better condition for the public use.

It isnt walmart and it doesnt have to be. Its perfect for the consumer who loves to buy things in bulk. And I dont think theres a place that can beat the prices for the items they sale
