We came to GA on a trip in an RV. There was no uber so I tried global and they were super amazing. The manager was knowledgeable about the area and very straightforward about cost/fees. The drivers exceeded my expectations. Very family oriented. Honest. Dependability is on point. I highly recommend using them.

They like to pack as many folks as possible in a van. So if you have a “Party” 3 or More than you might as well wait for Lyft. They never have Vans available as soon as they hear how many people coming with you. Then they answer the phone as well as text numbers while driving. No sense of security. Just say Addresses and numbers out loud for the passengers of the ride at the time to hear. If you need to go from A-B and EVERYBODY else isn’t available, ONLY THEN WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Walking would be my last option honestly.

I called them for a ride. I saw they accept credit cards. The driver picked me up not professional at all, uber and Lyft are more professional. She said she don’t do credit cards but your business cards say credit cards now accepted. She kept stopping to put in looks like it was brake fluid in and that made me feel very unsafe because if something happened then I don’t know what would have happened to me and my girlfriend traveling in the car. Secondly she was smoking and had someone in the other seat; Very unprofessional!!!! I only used them as a last resort and I would think for a taxi service there would be a standard to up hold. This should not be called Global Taxi, it should be called Ghetto Taxi LLC. If you all have drivers make sure their cars are in working order and it’s only them and the passengers. Y’all need to track y’all drivers as well because it took her longer to arrive than planned.

I witnessed one of your drivers driving recklessly getting on I20 around 5:00 am almost created an accident with another vehicle by dashing their car as if it would run the other driver off the road

I really enjoyed my experience riding with this company. They got me to My destination safe and secure. I enjoy the conversation with the drivers. They make me feel comfortable as If Im riding with a friend. I would definitely use this company again

SO I CALLED THIS SERVICE TO REQUEST SOMEONE TO PICKUP MY BROTHER FROM HIS HIGH SCHOOL SINCE IT WAS HALF DAY & IT WAS A LAST MINUTE CALL AND GUY ON THE PHONE SAYS IT WILL BE $25 TOTAL TO PICK HIM UP AND TAKE HIM HOME. I WASNT SO SURE ABOUT THAT SO I TOLD THE GUY THAT I WILL CALL BACK TO MAKE A FINAL DECISION. AFTER 10 MINUTES I CALLED BACK TO VERIFY WITH THE GUY IF $25 WAS FOR PICKUP AND DROP OFF & HE STATED YES SO I DECIDED THAT I WAS GOING TO GO AHEAD WITH THE SERVICE. PICKUP & DROP OFF WAS QUICK & THE DRIVER GETS TO MY HOME AND SAYS IT WILL BE $30. $30 WAS NEVER STATED ON THE PHONE WHEN I SPOKE TO THE GUY TWICE AND HE SAID $25. BE CAREFUL BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT TRUEFUL ABOUT PRICING AND MAY UP CHARGE!

Driver ripped me off in an airport trip. Claiming meter (which I never saw) said $74 from east douglasville claiming trip was 40 miles. BEWARE!

The woman I drove with had a very nasty attitude and tried to treat me like I’m some little kid trying to get a free cab ride. This is the first and last time I will be using this service and I encourage others to stay away from the bad experience I had.

I wouldnt recommend this company! Now I see why people use Uber and Lyft. Its pouring down raining outside and they left my 14 yr. Old son out there for almost and hr at night. I called several times and all they did was lie. Telling me someone was there when no one was there. I kept calling finally they gave me the drivers number and she said she went but didnt look for him in the parking lot which is where I told them he was. And I heard the owner tell her he was in the parking lot at school where all the cars were. Anything could have happen to my son!! So Im pissed to the highest pisstivity!! And then you act like you didnt even care!! So I will never use this company ever again!! I dont play about my child!!

They were on time and the price was good but the smell in the car was overwhelming. It took two washings to get out the smell of BO and some sort of perfume layered on top of it.

Awful customer service and dispatch, the drivers are illiterate to the point where they cannot comprehend navigationai systems. The most hurtful part about their service is that they lie. Very unprofessional and I wouldnt even recommend their service to an enemy.

Global taxi does not appropriately handle their phone calls, and you will be constanty rerouted and they cannot handle their own logistics very often. Do not use them if you can avoid it.
