After being asked what oil I use, they chose which one they thought was best without asking if I was fine with it. I have no problem with what’s best, just don’t take it upon yourself to make that choice for me. I probably won’t be returning to this location.

Roy and his 2 team members did a nice quick oil change for me while having other customers they tended to. So grateful they could fit me in without an appointment and busy day. They were very professional and polite! They even vacuumed my car and cleaned my windows for me!!! I appreciate the great service!

An AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! This was my first real automobile issue so I was very worried about hidden fees because pricing on parts/ labor can be very high. However, the mechanic crew was so welcoming and very professional. Leo was SO GREAT! I highly suggest him. He was very knowledgeable and helped me through any questions and concerns I had. Personally, I am a woman with no background understanding in auto parts but I didn’t feel embarrassed for my lack of knowledge. Leo went above and beyond to not only ensure I received the best care but made sure it was also the most affordable approach. I had my rotors and premium brake pads replaced at the Jiffy Lube on Hwy 5 and hands down this will be my primary location for assistance on future endeavors. Leo offered the most affordable quote in town and I appreciated his advice on what options should be taken to guarantee the best care for my car. Super friendly staff, and the workers seem to know how to have fun while working and enjoy being a team. I was in and out rather quickly especially seeing as how I had caught them in the tail end of moving boxes from a shipment they had gotten. Will definitely be doing business with them again.

Want to say thank you to Leo, For changing out my tire. Somehow I got a piece a metal stuck in my rear driver side tire by pure luck and faith that ended up pulling into his Jiffy Lube. I was about to change my own tire In his parking lot till I realized where I was at. I went in as tomb could you help me with my tire and I did not know that he could not plug my tire he would have to replace the entire thing. My tires are pretty brand new. Leo was such an awesome guy to talk to he happily change my tire out and put my spare on he didnt want me to do it myself such a gentleman him and his crew were very polite nice, happy mechanics thank you so much for changing my tired to my spare you save me time and a lot of hard work. Leo, Roy and Nicholas all give outstanding customer service. I almost didnt go to this shop because of the review rating but it couldnt be further from how the shop operates now. Im beyond impressed with their courtesy, attentiveness and quality of work.Leo was able to troubleshoot and fix my car within an hour of arrival, while having other cars to work on. I went to 2 other shops I went to in the area first but they werent going to be able to fix my car for either 3 days or 2 weeks when a mechanic came back from vacation.They all seem to truly enjoy helping people, which I think is rare these days, and arent bothered when theyre asked questions.For as long as I live in the Douglasville area this is now my number 1 shop to go to for any car maintenance or repairs.

I needed my brakes done in a hurry and I called Jiffy Lube and spoke with Leandro it was 4:45pm and they close at 6pm he told me to go ahead and come in and they will get my brakes done today! Leandro got me in and out within 45 minutes or less. This is definitely the only location I will come to or recommend! Very professional and efficient!

Had an unusually long wait. Also had to ask them to check the differential oil which used to be part of the service and then charged me $59.00 extra to add a quart to it. How do you spell RIP OFF

Best experience ever!! Leandro and D at the Douglasville, Georgia Jiffy Lube location were amazing and wonderful when I brought in my 2014 Ford Flex for a Signature Oil Change. I was also hearing some grinding in my brakes and asked for a repair estimate. Leandro quickly took a look, diagnosed the problem and gave me the repair and service options. Within an hour or so I was out the door with an oil change and my brakes repaired. My car is running perfectly and the brakes are now great. A BIG shout-out to Leandro and D for doing such a great job and for being so helpful. I will be sending all my family and friends to you guys for their automotive needs. If I could give 0 stars I would! Spent 3 hours there trying to get my tires fixed. Got all 4 tires replaced and when I left my steering wheel started shaking. When I called and explained the scenario, the man that answered the phone told me I had to go to another place and get an “high speed alignment” and they didn’t do those there. So I ended up having to go to another shop and goal for a new alignment that I didn’t need until I left this place. Now I’m waiting for someone to respond to my request from franchise!! I would NOT recommend coming to this place!!!

Literally stay as far away from jiffy lube! Got an oil change from them. A couple of days later I noticed a noise coming from my engine. Pulled back into my driveway and there was no oil in my car!! Got it towed back to jiffy lube, they realized their mistake. Tried to “fix” it. Messed it up even more and now here I am having to deal with it because they won’t do anything about it.

This group of guys were polite, helpful, and quick! highly recommend them!

Not sure if the so called manager on duty gave his real name but he claimed his name was Anthony. I always go to jiffy lube for oil changes and this would of have been my 1st oil change sense the covid pandemic. All i did was called to ask for how long the wait is to get an oil changed being that i have a busy schedule and due to the current circumstances. After being told 15-20 minutes i was good to go but when the worker thought the call was over while hanging it up he said i hate when people call and ask for this sh#t. I called back and asked f there was Anything he had to say to me and insisted he was the manager and told me to just call corp. Mark my words i will never give this place my busniess.

BEWARE!! Was charged $100 for labor only for front brake service on 10/13/19. Had I known I would have waited 1 more day and gone to Precision Tune across the street who charges $65 for labor only. Jiffy Lube also wanted to charge $50 for labor only to put on an Alternator Belt. Had my own belt. Precision Tune charges $35 for labor only. Jiffy Lube is a rip-off. Dont go. Shop around if you have opportunity. Will not return.

This is a Dangerous place to take your car to!!Not only took over an hour for a simple oil change, they stated that the we’re waiting for the oil filter, But when I left the place As soon as my speed was 25 mph the car started to make all kind is sounds like something banging under the car, I stopped and quickly realized that they didn’t secure the skid plate, there were three screws missing, this could have cause an accident if I didn’t realize it on time!!! I’ll never set foot in that place again. The people seemed nice and fixed the problem as soon as I came back, the lack of quality control is the driver for me to avoid this place in the future.

Just brought my Chevy Malibu here. Let them know I had a new transmission put in and that they were supposed to do an oil change but they didn’t and my engine almost blew. Jiffy Lube put new oil in my car got rid of all the engine noise and the lady working there wrote a state of how bad the oil was and that it hadn’t been changed. Great service and will return.

Staff was cool, they just didnt do their jobs, nothing on the checklist was completed other than the oil change, taking car into mechanic to see if they changed the filter. So if you go to this location make sure you check the check list before you leave. Even if I had a groupon, I had expectations of things that shouldve been done based on what I paid for.

The team goes above and beyond the just average oil change. Too bad they are being taken advantage of and being paid so poorly when they are the ones doing all the labor.

On the road traveling and was losing air pressure in my tire. It was questionable if it could be plugged. Fortunately for me, They fixed it. They were quite busy at the time and Once my wait was over I was back on the road quickly. The employees were very polite, friendly and helpful. I thought they were a little pricey compared to past experiences with this type of issue, yet it was far cheaper than buying a new tire. So far I have put over 1000 miles on it with no problems.

Stay away from this place, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change they did nothing else on the check list that they advertise. The staff was incompetent as well as the manager there who stated he hated working with stupid people and was clearly in a foul mood that day. Once they returned my vehicle to me, the entire front end was covered in grease with a scratch on my front bumper. As well as grease on my interior driver door,drivers seat, console and steering wheel. When I told the manager on-duty he stated we dont inventory existing exterior damage prior to servicing vehicles. I told him I just got this vehicle and had it detailed yesterday, and was sure that it was not an existing scratch. He had the nerve to tell me we try to tell people not to have their car detailed before they come in They didnt even really attempt to apologize or offer to clean it up. A gentleman that did not even work there attempted to help me clean it off and tried to buff out the scratch with a shammy. I made the mistake of not taking a picture of the damage and mess prior to trying wipe it away-NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO JIFFY LUBE UNLESS YOU LIKE PISS-POOR SORRY SERVICE! *GAVE ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO SELECT AT LEAST ONE STAR TO POST REVIEW,OBVIOUSLY I GIVE A BIG FAT ZERO ON STAR RATING!

Their customer service was great. The employees there were wonderful. But as a healthcare professional, I was not pleased with how the employees were outside with no heat in a 26 degree cold weather that felt like 12 degrees. As big as jiffy lube is as a corporation their employees should have heat to work in that’s unacceptable.

They tracked oil on the light cream colored interior of our car, installed the lower skid plate incorrectly and got oil all over the engine compartment. The skid plate being installed incorrectly resulted in a knocking under the car after a few days and then a half day of lost vacation for a service trip to Infiniti. The manager did not submit the service incident report and lost the Infiniti service invoice. After more effort I was given a refund for the oil change and Infiniti service but lost four hours of vacation time and other associated cost.

Nathan was quick to check me in to have my vehicle serviced. Very cordial and explained products offered for an oil change. Informative with no BS trying to upsell me as I have experienced that many quick stand-alone Lube joints.Well, hymn Ive been told his new management for this store, was very polite and pleasant holding a casual conversation in passing which was warm and welcome. I was sitting in the waiting room when I decided to read the reviews and began to sweat being that many are very poor and recent reviews. But my experience is not remotely near what many claim to have had recently and will be back to this Jiffy Lube with my other vehicle and further oil changes for this one. Was in and out in a jiffy

I must say this was a great experience! Everyone here is super friendly and they get you in and out with the swiftness! Super easy, just bring your car in and let them do the rest. Definitely would recommend them!
