I use this company a few weeks ago. Got a great quote. After they showed up and cleaned my place spotless!!! Smells good and look good in here I’ll prefer them to anybody!

Arrived on time, looked around and went straight to work. My home needed extra TLC and they gave it just that. I feel as if I’m breathing better in my own home. I will def be using this service again!

We have been using these cleaners for the past 2 years. I am very picky and I went through 4 different people prior to popular shine. They always do a great job. If there is something they missed or a special request I have, they always do their best to complete the task. I would highly recommend this company.

This company should be avoided at all cost.This company came out to my house to do a deep clean. The house was completely bare of furniture, and did not require any movement of objects. I was sent blurry pictures of a completed job, and paid via PayPal. The next day, I arrived at the house to inspect it, and almost nothing was cleaned. The floors were not even vacuumed.Upon this inspection, I immediately froze the payment in PayPal with a description of my reasoning. I then sent an email to the company with documentation and description of the entire house, and how it was not cleaned. The pictures are timestamped and show the entire house after the cleaning was said to take place.What I received in response was a phone call from an unregistered person, Patricia Blackmon, who claimed to be the owners mother, and a board member for the company. She threatened to sue me for the money I had PayPal withhold, and stated that she has come after a woman before to “get her money”. She was rude, belligerent, and refused to take a professional tone in the conversation. After constant threats, I told the company that I do not wish to do business with them any further, which unfortunately means that PayPal has given them their money for a job they did not complete.This business is a scam, and run by fraudulent people. Ms. Patricia Blackmon is listed under the BBB as the ‘President’ of the company, and told me that she has been running the business for 14 years. According to their state paperwork, they have been registered for 6 years, and Patricia Blackmon is not a registered agent. The only registered agent is a ms. Parice Williams.The company seems to be run on lies and deceit. They do not provide the services that they claim to provide, and proceed to threaten and bully their clients if they claim that the service was unsatisfactory.
