Matt, owner is very professional! He responds quickly and is spot on time. His work is excellent. Matt added a beautiful chimney cap and worked inside my home cleaning fireplace and redressing gas logs as well as added new sand, embers, and lava rock. This looks amazing and actually better than when the logs were first installed. I highly recommend Matt and his company Silver Lining Chimney Sweeps.

Great father & son duo! Came in to clean my fireplace but also made repairs to the lining of my firebox and replaced the chain link gate. Happy I was able to be fit into the schedule fairly quickly! This guy does fantastic work. If you can get him to call you back ....... he will NOT, answer the phone. PERIOD, and I CANNOT get him to call me back. But if he does, he does a good job at a fair price.

We moved into our home a little over a year ago. We wanted to burn wood in the fireplace but wanted it swept and inspected first. After looking on and off for a while we found Silver Lining Chimney Sweeps and glad we did. Matt came to the house and did a great job of explaining everything that he was going to do during the sweep and inspection. He went above and beyond our expectations and got the job done. Came to my home today for a chimney cleaning. Was blown away @ the detail Matt took @ my home. Not only did he clean my chimney he cleaned out my wood stove to like new condition. Customer service is outstanding. We have an older masonry fireplace and Matt has been out to remove some old caps/dampers, sweep, and inspect. He has found time to stop by in the busy season and consulted with us about some issues. Knowledgeable and very helpful.

Food was excellent. I had the fried burrito.Was sad that the texas margarita pitcher had no alcohol in it but was told that it was a fluke.The bartender made up for it but we still had to pay for the bad pitcher and makeup margaritas.

Silver Lining was called the week prior to March 23, 2018 to discuss our possible fireplace issues. We scheduled a cleaning and inspection. The son arrived on time but without the proper tools to inspect our chimney. After a short discussion, it was decided we would reschedule. They said they would call back no later than Monday after son talked to his dad to discuss. As of this date, no phone call, even after numerous calls to them . We have now scheduled another business to take care of our chimney cleaning and inspection.

Silver Lining was referred to me when I got in a bind with another chimney sweep that did a horrible job. Matt went out of his way to squeeze me in during his busy season, completed the wok on the fireplace in a timely and professional manner. I own a residential property management firm and will be using Silver Lining Chimney Sweep for all my rental homes going forward.
