Jerry sent two people to install our cabinets. Each section is at a different height. The wrong cabinets size were installed in one section. The powder room cabinet was not a bathroom cabinet so they turned it upside down. Now when you open the draw it scrapes the molding on the side. His installers got into an altercation in our driveway resulting in one tearing off knocking down our mailbox. They put six holes in our laundry room drain pipe causing major dry wall damage to our laundry room and lower bathroom due to leaking. These are just a few of the mistakes and problems he caused. The workmanship is the poorest I have ever seen.After months of trying to get Jerry to fix our issues he walked away from on the job. He had numerous people in and out of our home. His main installer turned out to be an alcoholic and convinced felon. That explained why he keep leaving and coming back later leaving the other installer (who had never installrom cabinets before) on his own. We are now having to pay thousands of dollars to have the cabinets fixed. He said he warranted the work. Do not believe a word he says. Avoid at all costs.

I could not imagine a better experience to have when remodeling, than I had with Innovation. Jerry and his family (small family-owned business, so go support em!) took care of me with every step. Communication was great, prices were very reasonable, labor was honest and quick. Since its the little things that count and add up, I was very happy to see that Jerry takes a great deal of pride in his work. His motto is that a remodel should be fun too, and as much as a major home expense can be fun, it is.In my case, I ordered the simply white Shaker style cabinets, with a steel gray granite counter.....and boy did they deliver. My kitchen was difficult to work with, since I have a narrow, galley style setup. But they turned this into almost a dream kitchen. There is no greater compliment that I can give than to recommend somebody and make repeat business.....im recommending Innovation to everybody who will listen and even some who wont, and im using them again on some other projects coming up. Jerry is now a permanent contact on my phone!If you are looking at doing a major renovation, do yourself a favor - use Innovation. You will not be disappointed. They are simply that good. Five stars is just not enough.

Jerry was great to work with. He sells a superior product which is cheaper than the big box stores cheaper quality products. His cabinets are made from solid wood, no mdf or particleboard. Also no plastic supports or guides. Everything is metal.He also provides very good customer service and support.

Jerry and his family are not only caring but are passionate about what they do. I’d highly recommend them.

My husband and I bought a foreclosure in 2012, and it has been one huge project per year since. This year...yep, Kitchen and Bathrooms. Jerry and his son were amazing through this design process both with customer service, eye for design and emotional support for me, the crazy customer!!! I would suggest Innovation a million times over!!! We will definitely be using them when we finish the in law suite in the basement.

My Kitchen is Beautiful. The cabinets, the flooring and the granite. Huge upgrade from what my kitchen looked like before he started.
