Customer Service is VERY POOR!!! I attempted to get warranty work done on a Catalytic Converter. The technician told me the part had a 1 year warranty and refused the warranty work due to the warranty was voided because of another issue with the vehicle. When I asked for clarification, the technician yelled at me, refused to give me the manufacturer information or any documentation of the warranty and he hung up on me. I contacted law enforcement to visit the shop on site. Got the distributers contact information & I found manufacturer information with 5 year warranty, Not 1 year. Very Unhappy with service!! STAY AWAY from this business.

Did a dual exhaust on my 03 Monte Carlo SS, came out super clean. And gave me an option for a better fitment at a great quote overall. Will definetly go to him for custom work in the near future.

The guy who runs the shop is very disrespectful and will hang the phone up on you never take your car too them to get anything done.

Took my car in because it would not start. CW had it from Tuesday 11/4 to 11/10 before closing. Said it was fixed. Said he replaced 3 parts fuel pump, starter and immobilizer. In the middle of the week we went to go see him because we couldnt get a straight answer from him. Our car was not in his lot he said it was at his friends shop. He Said his friend only works on Hondas and was trying to figure out why the car would not register the key and thats how the immobilizer was pout in place.Paid 800.00 dollars for the repair. Drove it home and parked it. An hour later we tried to turn it on and it would not turn on. Tried a couple of times and got it turn on. Moved it from where it was parked. Next morning (11/11/20) I took it back to him at 8 :40 in the morning. Shop opens at 8 a.m. he kept it and when I called the same day he said he couldnt figure it out. Called multiple times today 11/12/2020 and he did not answer. Finally at 4:30 he answered my phone call and after asking for an update he said he thinks its the computer and is working on getting a used one to save us money. But if its not that it could be something else. When discussing about what I already paid and what he thought it was he hung up. I called back and he let it go to voicemail. I called again and he answered he said my options were to take my car back without being fixed to someone else or to pay for the computer and him to try to fix it. When I said I didnt want to be paying money for guess he hung up on me again. This has caused lost wages and school for my girls but like he said that was not on him. That was not his problem. No sympathy nor compassion for his customers. Not to mention the lack of concern for communicating. No resolution.In regards to the answer to my review: If the car would have been working I wouldnt have had the need for a mechanic. If the problem was electrical why was that not fixed? Or advised? I asked if he thought that my car was worth fixing since it had 450k he said yes because I had him previously replace my catalyc converter and he said yes since it was running good. This repair happened after the replacement of the catalyc converter from AutoZone I supplied.. The car sounded like it wanted to start which made me think that the started worked if anything I would have understood of the alternator would have been replaced. Either way 800.00 later and the car still is not fixed.

WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! ZERO STARS!!! The owner quoted me 2 days to replace an exhaust manifold gasket. Ok, no problem, maybe he couldn’t jump on it right away... Book hour for this repair said 9 hours. IT TOOK 12 DAYS! 2 days turned into 4, which turned into 7, which then turned into 12. I had to call him after every estimated completion date passed. No attempt on his part to make any effort to let me know what was going on. Each time I called to ask if it was done (after the promised completion day) I was given one excuse after another. But, both times I popped in to see how things were going he and his helper were working on a different car that came in after mine. On the morning of the 12th day I called again. I was given the run around once... again. I simply and politely reminded the owner how long he had my truck and that I needed it to make a living. He went off on me. Screaming at me in the phone so loud the sound was distorted then hung up when I asked why he was screaming at me. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. When I finally got my truck back parts were missing. Radiator overflow cap was missing. Some Underpinning was missing and some was dangling by 1-2 fasteners. I also found small tools left randomly in my engine compartment. To top it all off, after all said and done, he raised the price by 33% without discussing the cost increase at any point in time. Yes, I paid it! Anything to be rid of this joke of a company! STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! The unprofessional owner will probably have some smart-mouth reply to this review as he has done on most of his negative reviews. Jokes on him. I took complete photos of my truck (as I always do before visiting a new mechanic) the morning I dropped it off to him on 5/20/19. Now considering a civil suit for rental cost, lost wages and missing property.

Do not go here this man is highly unprofessional keeps no records of any service he has done on your car he has been constantly verbally abusive to me if I could give him zero stars I would he so called replaced something on my car which is faulty I called him about it and he acks as if he never did the work when I have documents showing I payed him. This man has been ripping folks off for who knows how long I feel completely taken advantage of. Please just save your time and money and go somewhere else

Horrible place very very very rude I didnt even get out the car before the man told me he couldnt do it. He had no clue what services I needed he just said he couldnt do it. All I needed was a pipe that I bought cut thats all but he didnt care what it was he couldnt do it. I asked him when did he have time he says to me I can get to it when I get to it. And shrugged his shoulder and said if I didnt want to wait I could go to another muffler shop because there are plenty around

Guy did some work on my 83 k10, dropped it off and picked up same day. Fixed an exhaust leak, cut some valves off for me, welded new pipe, and tips. Wasnt sure of what muffler the previous owner had installed so I asked him to check it out and replace it with a newer cheaper muffler. Calls back and tells me that I already had Flowmasters on it and that there was nothing wrong with it saving me a couple hundred bucks.Honest work, done quickly, efficiently, and precisely. If I could give this guy a 10/10 I would.

I stop by this shop to get a pipe cut for my exhaust on my bike. When I first walked in one of the guys walked up and I could clearly tell he really didnt want to help me, he barely came around the door leading from the shop to the office. Anyway he asked me what I needed and I told him so he called the owner CW up to the front to see if he could cut that I wanted. The owners facial expression when he saw me said it all, he to acted as if he didnt want to really take my business either but he did. So I told him what I needed and to be honest what I needed was very simple. So he asked how long did I need the pipe cut I told him idk I was hoping you could measure and tell me being that I did bring the bike. He really didnt want to do anything for me and I could tell that right then. I guess it was to much of a hassle to measure something 14 inches long!!! smh. After he measured and cut the pipe for me he gives the pipe and the exhaust to me, Im like thats it you not going to try and weld it on for me or nothing. I was done at that point so I asked him how much do i owe you and he was like 15. In my head I was like really for 14inches of pipe that you didnt cut straight on either side, you didnt flare out the end nor did you even weld the pipe on the muffler. I was pissed but I just gave him the 15 dollars and left before I lost my my cool. That was my fault for staying at a place that really didnt want my business in the first place. I wouldnt recommend this business to no one.

As soon as I pull my truck in he jumped right on it. He did the Flowmaster exhaust system on my 2017 Chevy Silverado it took him about an hour and a half at the most and he did a great job thanks for the great work CW. The price was the best price I found in Douglasville. CW was also a real professional.

Worse idiot you could ever deliver your car to. When he screws up your car and you even try to complain, he will get really angry and blame you.Handed him a running car. 8 months later he hands it back. still screwed up but now it no longer runs at all.

Absolute worst experience Ive ever had in my life. Was cussed out numerous times by owner of Shop. Paid this muffler shop to fix my manifold and converters he ended up drilling into the side of the head in the motor. (Said he was going to fix it), gave me the runaround for a week and a half ended up having to get my truck towed from a welding shop. (Not even his shop), he had my truck towed to a different location without telling me. had to take the police up his shop for him to give me my manifold back (truck is registered in my name and is my vehicle) . Also told me that I was stealing his truck when I told him I was getting it towed to a different mechanic. didnt inform me on what was going on in my truck horrible customer service and does not care about your vehicle would not recommend this muffler shop to my worst enemy. Very unprofessional place

Terrible service, no communication, the guy did a tune up on my truck over charged me and didn’t reset the computer codes so the timing was off completely. Do not take your car there for anything but an exhaust if that.

I just call to find out the code of a pair of mufflers for my car the guy ask me model number year and everything else the he told so can I order it for u, so I told him so how much it will cost me and he got very rude and told me you want me to order it so i ask him again how much u will change for it with labor taxes and everything but he disconnect the call very angry not friendly customers services.

Called to get a quote on getting my exhaust done, the price was right . Then I asked about how long it would take . That apparently wasn’t an okay question to ask . The man told me I’m not there he can’t tell me how long it will take and said that’s a stupid question . So I’ll take my business elsewhere .

Total hack job on my exausts it hits the suspension, Frankensteined the tips took almost 6 days to do oh yeah cut my alternator bracket instead of removing it to reinstall the manifold.....never going back....oh and forgot to install the new catalytic converter which was bad and still is....
