I only gave them 1 star because 0 was not an option. Very unprofessional and they do not respect deadlines not do they value their customers. I would NEVER return. I paid for a service that was suppose to be rendered in 2 days. I went back a total of three times and every time I went to pick up when given a new finished date, I left without them.Long story short, I found a more professional company.

Good basic design, horrible job on the clearcoat. Had to go buy some fine sandpaper in order to get the bubbles out. Order was first said to take 3 days...i show up 2 days after, thinking surely itd be ready..only to see it untouched. Work didnt start til a week and a day after dropping the helmet off. Had a lot of runs and drips in the clear coat also.
*EDIT* I thought I was done with this situation but to add insult to injury, the work I overpaid for isnt holding up! Her helmet was worn for 3 games! Shes 6 so they arent very physical at that age. It was then stored in a cotten lined bag, in the top of a temperature controlled closet and is now peeling in multiple spots! Its ruined! She is once again heartbroken. I did make several attempts to reach out to the company to see if they would like an opportunity to make things right, as they stated previously and I have had zero response. I dont know whats more pitiful, the carelessness or my daughters broken heart!The most unprofessional and disrespectful business I have ever been in. Not to mention I didnt get what I paid for. I left a specific order for my daughters helmet. I was even charged additional for what we went over to be done and was repeated to me correctly. The helmet was dropped off at 10a.m. in the morning and we were told it would be ready in a few hours and they only had a shirt or two ahead of us. We expressed the importance of the time frame due to the fact my daughter had a game the next morning. I returned to the shop around 430pm and employees were standing around laughing and her helmet had not been touched. We were informed it would be closer to 7 before it was ready. After walking by several times and seeing nothing being done I was a little agitated. Finally at 7:30 the helmet was done but not the way I ordered. The extras I paid for werent on the helmet. The employees responding incredibly rude, would not refund me, laughed about the situation and proceeded to continue on like nothing had been done wrong. Needless to say my 6 year old daughter is incredibly disappointed and I am out $50. Never again!
