Weve had two white tails processed here. The second was delivered today. Weve been very happy with them and will definitely use them again. They are local, friendly, accommodating and they always do a great job with the meat. Thanks guys! We really appreciate you!
Morales Meat Masters is great! A father/son run operation. They are very knowledgeable and helpful! I got my deer o. A Friday evening and hung him in my barn until Saturday, they opened up for me to drop off for processing with them even though they were supposed to be closed. The jerky is amazing. They forgot to mention a couple things when we picked up, but they texted me to let me know! So their communication is great. They even recommended a taxidermist to get the head mounted. Overall great experience. And not to mention they are super friendly! 5/5 stars
Morales meat masters did a great job on processing and packaging my deer. Very professional and friendly people. They also did a European mount for me and that came out real good. I am very satisfied with their work. I would recommend to anyone to have their game processed with them.
I recently had a deer butchered, processed and packaged by Morales Meat Masters. They did an excellent job. I could not be more happy with the meat and jerky I received. Everyone that I have shared my jerky with has asked me how I made it. I tell them all Morales Meat Masters hooks it up Professionally. I recommend all you campers out there who kill during the hunt and want to keep partying to bring their deer to Morales Meat Masters, these guys won’t let you down.
Great customer service. Very patient with me (it was my first time). Walked me through the process explaining everything. Could not have had a better experience.
Butchered 3 pigs for me everything came out great
These guys do a terrific job every time! Family owned great service. They have butchered my bear and plenty of deer from myself, brother and Dad all with great results!
I for one am very pleased of Morales Meat Masters for processing four Steer’s and two lambs that I have taken to them..They have great customer service and take pride in what they do and the fact that they are father and son’s operated business even better... I strongly recommend anybody looking for quality professional work to take there animal to them for processing!!!!
I had Morales process my mule deer from this year, I was shocked when they called to say it was done and gave me the final price $317.00, $120.00 of this was for doing a European mount. When I picked up the meat and mount I was again very disappointed to find the mount is not complete, its just prepared to be mounted. I took everything home, and again was left with one more disappointment when I smelt something in my garage, I took a look at the skull and found there to be maggots coming out along with what was probably brain matter left inside. I highly recommend not going to Morales, its way overpriced and they do not complete the job. This is the second year we went there out of convenience, and we had plenty of disappointments with them last year, I will never make that mistake again.Update 12-22-15Morales meat masters offered to fix the European mount and refund the original cost. When the skull was completed the second time it looked much better. I was much more satisfied that they offered to fix the situation, it shows they want to satisfy their customers. Thank you.
Dropped off a cow elk this past December 2017. The father was working when I arrived (this is a father/son type business). He told me that they were not that busy as there was only one deer and one beef in line before me. I thought this would have been a good thing as they were not backed up with animals so they would have time to do a good job. I asked to have some beef fat ground into the ground burger. He said he would be able to do that, but when I asked what the percentage of fat to meat would be, he basically told me that it all depends. I didnt press the issue, but when I received the meat there was way too much fat, in addition to the fact that the meat used for the ground burger was not properly trimmed. My family and I are pulling chunks of gristle out of our mouths very frequently every time we consume the ground meat. Also, when I put it in my meat mixer, the paddles are pulling out all sorts of silver skin. They are covered in the stuff. When I was there, I told him that I wanted 1 pound bags of ground meat, and the bags are very inconsistent in weight. Some are half full and some of them even have large pockets of air in them. Another issue is that none of the steak cuts were labled properly. I have no idea what Im getting when I thaw the stuff out and whats worse is that I have yet to find any of the backstraps from this animal. Im not implying that they kept any, but i have yet to come across any after thawing. I called to explain my concern about the labeling the day after I took possession of my meat. I was now communicating with the son. He was apologetic. Long story short their prices are definitely fair, but end product quality leaves a lot to be desired. Next time I choose to not process an animal myself, I will gladly pay more elsewhere if it means a better end product.
Excellent deer chorizo and jerky!
