Doing workouts there grat instructor and pushes you and doesn let anything slide pushes you to new heights. (Would reccomend)

Great gym run by even greater people. Always kept clean. Hours are reasonable, even around the holidays. Been a member for quite some time. Always feel like family when you step in.

Synergy is, by far, the best gym Ive ever been a member of. The atmosphere is very friendly and non-intimidating. Hammer and his staff keep the place clean and organized. You never have to ask yourself, Where are the 25-lb dumbbells? because they are always in the right place. The locker rooms and showers are also well-kept.The classes, which are optional, will test you physically and are apparently some of the most intense in the country, as people visiting from out of town comment on how tough they are compared to what they are used to.One of the reasons I like Synergy so much is because the members are a mix of young, middle-aged, and older people from many different races and walks of life. Ive never heard of anyone that felt like they didnt belong.

Great center. Not jammed. Great selection of equipment. Steve “the Hammer” is an inspiring leader.
