Brought my brand new truck here in 2017 after someone pulled out in front of me while I was doing 55mph. Been 4 years since they did extensive repairs and I’ve had no issues which I think speaks volumes for their work. They replaced my frame and front left side of my truck. Had one small issue right after getting my truck back and the manager had it fixed on the spot. Excellent service and work 5 stars for sure! Geico on the other hand I would give 0 stars or negative stars if I could. Never had a good experience and every one of their adjusters I’ve worked with are trash.

They inspected my car and took pictures and I never heard from them again. Numerous phone calls that were not returned. I get nowhere with these people. Dont waste your time. It has been very unprofessional.

The front desk person is rude, but the shop manager is easy to work with. They killed my battery while my car was being repaired, so they replaced it. Said the total time would be one month or longer, but had ny car back in two weeks. Any other complaints Ive had so far, they are willing to address.

I went for an estimate, but they couldnt give me one until the following week. Also, they wouldnt be able to do the work on my car until August! No!

This is the 3rd time I’ve used them and I cannot stress enough how good these guys are at doing there job. Thanks again for all the hard work

From start to finish we had a great experience. This wasn’t our first time using them and if needed again they will be our first choice. We never once wondered how things were going or when we would see our car again. Ever day we received an update and they got our car back to us quicker than we ever expected.

Took my car in for a bumper repair. Had the estimate done in about 30 minutes. They ordered the part and scheduled my repair. It was very easy and convenient. Once the part came in I dropped off my car and it was ready for pickup in a few hours. They even washed and vacuumed my car (pleasant surprise). If I need future repair I will go back to this shop.

Quick professional estimate. Set up appointment at my convenience and even though I was late due to medical reasons, they still finished in 2 days instead of the 3 days they quoted. Did a great job. Quickly corrected a minor problem with sincere apologies. Would definately use them again.

I was contacted today about rescheduling my appointment date, in which I had already waited 4 weeks for the original appointment to get my truck repaired. The earliest rescheduled appointment was an additional 3 weeks (for a total of 7 weeks having to wait to get my truck repaired). This is totally unacceptable and a poor business practice. I understand that places like this get behind, but not three weeks behind. I am sure they do amazing work, but a customer shouldnt have to wait this long once an appointment has been made. I will be contacting my insurance to find other options, and a alternative repair facility.Rebuttal to the owner response:There was no confusion on the customer side! I was told this was the earliest rescheduled appointment they had. I even called the repair facility back twice to have them explain why it would take 7 weeks to have my truck repaired, I was told by two different people that their hands were tied, and they would get me in on the 20th. The customer (meaning me) chose to make alternative arrangements. They did try to get me in sooner after my insurance company reversed payment for the repair. They did try to make it right, but it was a little too little, and a little too late.

I literally wish I could give more stars. Best experience Ive ever had with vehicle repair. They were all very kind and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle every step of the way and did amazing work. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Joe Hudsons Collision is probably one of the most professional auto body shops Ive ever experienced. My family owned one for 30 years in Florida so I kind of have an idea. Theyre up to date with technology by communicating with you constantly. Our vehicles are probably the second most expensive thing we have to buy. And they treated as such. My car turned out perfect good as new.

We were treated with utmost respect and politeness from the time we called to set up our appointment for an estimate until the time we drove away with our vehicle repaired. I see some negative reviews about how long people had to wait after the storm... I understand that driving around in a beat up vehicle isnt ideal... I also had to wait... HOWEVER, its no secret that Joe Hudson is by far the best auto body repair shop around... and if you want the best, you can wait for the best... Or if you want fast, you can settle for less... Either way, Joe Hudson is busy for a reason, and Im not dumb enough to go anywhere else... Faster does not mean better! Just sayin... 😉

Telling us its going to cost us more than car worth for a busted headlight (which we had already replaced), & a small dent on hood & bumper. They said it would cost $2,700 to do that. Man who hit us, insurance wants to total it. Looks like they are in cohoes with collision center.

Very satisfied with every aspect of our contact with Joe Hudson Collision Center.Friendly and helpful staff, and Tim was very efficient in his initial inspection and writing up damages done, with photos and many notes etc. Replaced all parts with Original Toyota parts etc. My wife found a scratch small as a dime on front bumper on the day we were to pick up our car and the vehicle was immediately taken and they buffed out the scratch. We are so glad we took our car to Joe Hudsons. Warranty for as long as we own this car.

The people at Joe Hudson ate very friendly and accomodating. Kelly is super on top of things. My rental had to be extended daily for almost a weekand I didnt have to do a thing. Wayne and the repair crew did top notchwork and my truck looks brand new. There were issues with the replacement bumpers sent by the vendors but Wayne stayed right on it to get me an acceptable one. They even detailed my trck inside and out. Will definitely use theem againand recommend them to anyone in Dothan area!

Very nice atmosphere, not a grease pit.I liked the communication I received while my car was being fixed. However, its been a week and the bumper wasnt installed correctly and even the rubber strip looks like they used double stick tape that is now sliding and lifting. This is my brand new 2 month old car and Im so not happy. I shouldve taken it to a Lexus dealer instead. Very unhappy customer.

Got my car back joe Hudson collision center really went out of their way to make sure I had a good experience. The customer service was excellent, they stayed in touch with me every step of the way, they helped me work with the insurance company that was paying for the repairs and got me back into my vehicle in a timely manner. Very friendly place especially when youre living in the next state and several cities way. I choose to have my car towed there from Podunk Georgia when we were in a wreck last month, as opposed to having it towed to a repair place here in Tallahassee. I did my research online and Joe Hudsons was hands-down above and beyond anything we had here locally. After dealing with them I can fully see why! The customer service was above and beyond, even though Geico ended up totaling my car and I did not have body work done there. This level of service made a very bad situation a lot easier to deal with.

Had estimate done in Nov. Was scheduled for Feb. because they were so swamped. Got a call 13 days before my car was supposed to be dropped of to reschedule for JUNE because theyre still so backed up. 8 months after my accident. Very unreasonable timeline with nothing but excuses. They have done good work for me in the past, but I will no longer be using their services. Such a disappointment to have to go outside of Dothan just to get reasonable service.
