Since I evacuated from New Orleans for Hurricane Ida to Dothan, AL, I decided to get my Nissan Maxima serviced while I was in town. They thoroughly inspected my car first and then assessed the repairs needed. Customer service was outstanding and they were also kind enough to drive me back to my hotel and pick me up again and brought me to the dealership when the repairs were completed. I was impressed by the high quality of their work by all employees at dealership from the service area staff and mechanics and timely service. Their prices were reasonable and they also let me know other suggestions for future work done to consider when I got back home. I felt less stressed at this difficult time driving home and had a true piece of mind thanks to all at Bondy Nissan. Im grateful for your help! Nice job! I love Nissan cars too!

I came to Bondy’s from Tallahassee, FL and the moment I walked in I was greeted by Kalimah in a professional manner. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through all the features of the 2021 Nissan Rogue. He never was pushy, gave me and my wife time to talk, and was understanding through the whole process. I came here with some animosity towards large dealers because of some previous experiences, and Kalimah could see that. He never once lost his cool and was collective through the whole process. I am as stickler for good quality costumer service. I was somewhat pleased with my experience at Bondys Nissan. Salesman was very helpful and understanding but the finance person was kind of rude and inconsiderate to us. Salesman was a delightful person not too pushy and understanding and was very accommodating to the needs of me and my family. Overall the experience was not bad.
They listened to how I wanted to trade my truck and did everything possible to structure the deal so that we could do business. I consider myself to be extremely difficult to deal with sometimes, but both Greg West and Carlos were very patient. I bought a beautiful car that was more than I wanted initially, but the payment was exactly where i needed it to be. Bondys Nissan should be extremely proud of having a manager like Greg West. I purchased a Nissan Rouge from Bondys this past weekend. It was a very smooth transaction. I went there knowing what I wanted and no one tried to steer me in any other direction. Ariel was my first contact and she was awesome ! She gave me all the information I needed on the vehicles I was interested in and had everything set up before I arrived. Duncan was super nice, great attitude, not pushy like some sales people are, he listened to everything I had to say. The car I wanted was not on the lot but he called around and found the one I wanted. This is our first purchase from Bondys Nissan. Lew and Jayme were great to work with. There was no pressure in buying something that we didnt want. Lew listened to what we were looking for and showed various options. My wife was looking at a new 2020 model. Lew came up with something a lot better, with all the upgrades and features included, and with a better warranty option than a new vehicle. Jayme took care of all of the business side of the purchase very expediently and without any issues. Went into the Service Department to have Emergency Braking System looked at, because the light would come on every drive after 5 minutes. They advised there would be a 98 dollar diagnostic fee for them to hook it up to a computer to determine any codes for the repairs. After a half a day I call and check on the car. They advised me that they were unable to find out what was wrong with the vehicle. They needed to keep it. I was like ok no problem. About 8:56 am my wife calls me and advised Bondys Nissan called and advised her the vehicle was ready and the technician adjusted the radar and the price would be $330. All this without calling to advise us the problem, or let us know they were going to fix it. Dont do the work before you advise the customer of the problem, and more importantly the price to fix the problem. Im glad the there wasnt a 1500 bill. If so they would have been keeping my pathfinder. Not a good place to do business. I will make the drive to Enterprise to Mitchell Nissan for all my other service and repairs.
I am so glad I decided to buy my 2021 Rogue Platinum from Bondys Nissan in Dothan. The service was exceptional, and in no way pushy light some dealerships. I had such a great experience here. No BS no hassle at all. We agreed on a price, I signed the paper work and I drove away that day. I was very skeptical about being Jerard around or pressured in to buying things I didnt want or need, but none of that happened. I got the car I wanted and for a price that I thought was fair Bryson Baker was AWESOME. He was incredibly helpful and kind the entire time. Even as it grew closer to closing hours. Regarding the Service DepartmentFirst, I have to say that I never get to meet the techs that actually do the work. So I dont want to leave them out. They do a fantastic job every time!My service POC is Eric and he is everything that you would expect and hope for in that role. This last visit required that team to go above and beyond to help us meet a timeline. Had an absolutely wonderful experience here yesterday purchasing my new Rogue. Duncan was my salesman and he was so friendly and professional. He went above and beyond to get me the deal I wanted. The sales manager (his name escapes me right now) was also super great! Everyone at the delearship was friendly and courteous...even salesmen who were not helping me took time to shoot basketball with my son while we waited! We found a used Subaru online and decided to check it out. When we arrived we were immediately greeted by Jessie. He was very polite and not salesy like some dealerships have been. Jessie was very knowledgeable of the used vehicles we were interested in. Once we decided we wanted the Subaru we went inside to discuss a trade in for my current vehicle. Once we agreed on a price the buying process was very quick and easy. The dealership is military friendly and all the employees were very kind. I was even offered their conference room to breastfeed my baby so I could have some privacy. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and they have our highest recommendation for buying a vehicle.

Its FIVE STARS for me! A few weeks ago, I went all over Dothan, AL looking for a Kia Soul with a sunroof. I was close to giving up when my sister told me to check out Bondys Nissan. I was unsure how to check Bondy Nissans car inventory online but when I called to ensure that a Kia Soul with a sunroof was on their lot, KT confirmed it for me. Once confirmed, I didnt ask the year or anything. . I just rushed to check it out because I was not as fortunate with any other car lots. GREEDY CHARLATANS WHO UNDERVALUE YOUR TRADE-INThis dealership grossly undervalues your trade-in then marks up the vehicle by over 42% when they try to re-sell it. This to me indicates two points: (1) they place greed over giving customers a fair-market deal on the vehicle they are trading in; and (2) the cars they sell have a SUBSTANTIAL mark-up in price and are therefore not good deals for their prospective customers. I would NEVER purchase a vehicle here again, as I believe I got swindled on my trade-in and paid way too much for the vehicle I purchased from them.SPECIFICS:Having just purchased a pre-owned vehicle on January 2, 2021 (a 2005 Chevrolet Suburban) for which I paid $8,330, I was offered a trade-in value of $8,400 for a 2002 Ford F-350 Dually with 149,100 miles and the venerable 7.3L diesel engine (currently listed for sale on their website). When I arrived from Florida, over 260 miles away, the dealership endeavored to exert another $750 from me indicating my air conditioner did not work, when I stated it simply needed a recharge of refrigerant. Not to waste the nearly five hours it took to travel from Florida to the dealership in Alabama on rainy roads crowded with travelers returning home from the Christmas/New Year’s Holiday, I managed to negotiate an just additional $300 increase to facilitate the transaction; this $300 was applied as a reduction in the trade-in value of my truck, making the final value they gave me for my truck to be $8,100. Now, this truck is offered for sale on their website for $14,100 – a $6,000 markup from the price they paid me!I do not begrudge car dealerships from making a profit, as I am a small business owner myself, but I do feel I was taken advantage of by dealership management that is greedy and places an opportunity to exact excessive profits from their customers over building lasting relationships by offering customers fair-price trade-in values on their vehicles. Perhaps more egregious, are two points: (1) the pettiness of dealership management in their attempts to negotiate an additional $700 knowing the value of the truck I was trading in (they took it on a long test drive to thoroughly evaluate its condition); and, (2) I most likely overpaid for the vehicle I purchased, the 2005 Suburban, which was $8,300, since the dealership probably acted in a similar manner and scalped the owner of that vehicle when they traded it in probably paying them only $4,500 to $5,500 thus giving them around a $3,000 profit on the purchase side of this deal alone. If they “discount” the Ford Truck I traded in for $8,100 that they currently have offered for sale at $14,100 by $1,500 and expend another $1,500 “reconditioning” the vehicle, they will still yield a profit of $3,000 on the sale of my former truck. Thus, the total profit on this deal would be a staggering $6,000 meanwhile they tried to wrestle another $700 from me when I arrived to take delivery of the vehicle I was purchasing from them. Any prospective buyer should not pay more than $9,500 for the Ford F-350, as they only gave me $8,100 for the truck!The actions of this dealership typifies every negative stereotype attributed to car salesmen as greedy, manipulative entrepreneurs who endeavor to soak their customers for as much money as possible instead of building relationships by offering fair and reasonable pricing to their customers.
This dealership definitely has deceptive practices and racial undertones. I would highly suggest going anywhere but here for your needs based upon what I personally witnessed. With that being said no deed good or bad goes unpunished.

Had a horrible experience with service . i have been going there for tears and everything had been great bit now tuey refuse to fix the problem that they were surpose to fix the begin with and didnt call tue warranty place like he was surpose to and i was going to have to drive back 66 miles round trip cause corey blaylock didn’t do his job and everyone is raking up for him bit ill speak out and let everyone know how horrible i was treated .. will NOT be back

We were shown the vehicles we were interested in without any high pressure. When we came back we were able to make a deal without going back and forth on our vehicle of choice. They had to order a part for a tow package and it came in without delay and while the service department installed it, we were given a very nice loaner car.

The online price was under book value which meant no need to haggle to get a good deal. Trade value was excellent. They even worked with me to get the price and trade in amount where I was happy. I brought my car in for oil change and engine surging issue. Front End repairs were also discovered for my car. It was quite expensive to replace the parts but the need for repair and the steps to complete it was explained in detail by Corey Blalock. My appreciation to the Service Technician, Christo Gilmer, for completing the complicated repair so that I no longer have a safety issue driving my car. My car is not new, it is older but I was impressed by both of your representatives care and respect for my car. Thank You Bondys Nissan !

We found a used Subaru online and decided to check it out. When we arrived we were immediately greeted by Jessie. He was very polite and not salesy like some dealerships have been. Jessie was very knowledgeable of the used vehicles we were interested in. Once we decided we wanted the Subaru we went inside to discuss a trade in for my current vehicle. Once we agreed on a price the buying process was very quick and easy. The dealership is military friendly and all the employees were very kind. I was even offered their conference room to breastfeed my baby so I could have some privacy. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and they have our highest recommendation for buying a vehicle.
