Very bad customer service. Very expensive for very poor services. I had an appointment at 10 am and was told to drop the paper works and come back the day after at 11am because the daughter accountant was not there to enter the number. I came back at 11am the next day and waited 1 hour for the accountant to tell me to come back in 1hour so he has the time to start entering the numbers. So 2 hours later after my supposed appointment at 11am I came back to the office and still have to wait for some walk in other costumers to be finished and still my tax papers are not even half entered. During finishing my taxes my accountant was constantly on the phone answering other costumers questions and I am being charged by the time he spent on the phone, and spent a lot of time try to find out how enter some numbers in the computer. He did not care or asked any question about my tax situation and did not gave any advice for next year and did not applied all the tax deduction I am supposed to get.

This women doesnt listen 2 anything just got off the phone with her she said they close at 2 its 1 and she already left never filing with h&r block again

My husband got his taxes prepared and received his federal with no problem however his state refund was sent to the tax office and my husband was never notified. We called several times and the owner just kept saying he had no information we called the state office and found out the money was deposited into H&R block account on Feb 15, 2019 here it is July and my husband dont have his money.
