Very unprofessional company! Worst experience ever! We paid for bee removal at my grandmas house they left their bee box behind and the bees were still in there so they basically took the honeycomb, and left bees behind! My parents and I repeatedly called and texted them to come and pick up their box and we just got the run around. Do not recommend this service to anyone. Don’t waste your time or your money. Terrible service!

Recently I’ve found that bees have decided to make themselves comfortable in the structure of my home. I decided to call today and get quotes on having them removed. The first company I called happened to be “BEE STRONG HONEY”. I called only to receive no answer however long story short after the unanswered call I received a text apologize for missing my call and that it’d be returned. I did receive a callback and spoke to a female. She asked me to send her a picture of the area the bees were. I sent her a picture and a video. She told me she’d get back to me later with a quote. As I waited I decided to browse around and see what other companies had to offer. I called multiple locations and received multiple quotes. The lowest quote I received money wise was 150. I also spoke to an individual who said he’d come out and remove them for free. I ended up receiving the quote back with incredibly high prices. I called BEE STRONG HONEY back to ask questions on the prices. I was genuinely curious as to why their prices were so high. Was it because the service was better? Was the quality of the job done better? I explained the reason Instead of receiving a legit reason I received an ugly rude sarcastic attitude from the female that schedules their appointments. I was upset with how she spoke to me so I told her no thank you have nice day and proceeded to hang up. I called back to inform her of how rude she was and how she lacked customer service. This female who should be running a business professionally then texted me a message regarding my children. Telling me I should tend to my screaming children rather than screaming at her.Meanwhile my children were napping with the tv on in the same living room I was in while speaking to this female on the phone. She clearly can’t distinguish screaming from being spoken to in a firm voice after giving a customer attitude. Terrible customer service. She should not be handling customers at all.

Great job. Bee swarm on golf cart. Removed to potential hive. Luis said a complete hive would be reproduced in 4 months. Saved all the bees. Fun people Luus and wife at Bee Strong Honey.

They do not complay with tje warranty called them to remove a hibe pay fpr the lifetime warranty and now that the bees are back on the same spot they dont answer any txt nor calls

Removed hive at our house over 2 years ago. Stated his work was guaranteed! Bees came back, to the same location. We called his number, never bothered to call back or show up! Very unreliable business practices!

Terrible. I called and texted these people multiple times. I also scheduled an appointment on their online portal and they didnt show up. They didnt even bother to call!!! They are so unreliable. Do yourself a favor and look for another company.

Very Unreliable!!!. Called multiple times with no answer. Scheduled two appointments thru text which they never showed. Don’t even bother hiring Luis Slayton he’ll never show up to complete a job. I ended up reachig out to a bee expert on Craigslist. He did a excellent job and took care of the problem immediately.

Not punctual, not even for payment, lol, but got the job done!!! Always busy bees!!!
