Excellent service!! They arrived and immediately observed large holes in our ducts, as well as the fact that they were not functioning properly. We had Conway Air Duct Cleaning come by as we knew that there had to be a lot of debris that needed cleaning. John came by right on time was very pleasant and proceeded to work non-stop for three hours. He even vacuumed by current furnace filter for me as I just changed it recently. My experience with this company was the biggest fiasco EVER..!! I had my ducts cleaned on a Tuesday, the weather was decent so afterwards my windows were up. It turned cool so Friday morning I turned on the heat, DUST THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE, I call to have someone return to address the situation then I was told no one could come back out until Sunday,couldnt speak with a manager, unavailable,couldnt even get a managers name..I received a call Sunday saying that the weather was bad they cant make it, until Monday morning this is Chicago (Dolton) the weather is a part of life and that has nothing to do with me. Ive literally been walking around my home with a mask on. Monday morning comes and neither I nor the company can reach the cleaning technician who expressed to me about coming Monday morning..in the mean time Ive been living in dust, the new filter was just as filthy on Friday as the one replaced Tuesday. At the moment Im still waiting on a tech only because I paid my money...HORRIBLE !!!
