Crossfit RUK is an 11 out of 10 gym. The staff operates with the upmost professionalism and respect. The staff and members are incredibly kind and genuine people in and outside of the gym! New or experienced, I HIGHLY recommend this gym if you are thinking of dropping in to see what the buzz is about, or thinking of becoming a member and part of the incredible family atmosphere at CrossFit RUK. My wife and I started as drop-ins and now been members for over a year now, with my only complaint being.. I wish I knew about RUK earlier!!

Its been a while but it was refreshing and motivating to return to CF Ruk. Great staff. Atmosphere and vibe make you feel welcome.
