My family has come here since the early 90s. They always have a great selection of livestock to choose from. Staff is friendly. Owners are extremely friendly. We wouldnt be coming here for almost three decades if otherwise! haha

Chuck is very rude, disrespectful and extremely short tempered. He seems dangerous and frightening dealing with. I found his workers knows more how to deal with new customers than him. If you have second option, never deal with this psycho.

The only place I will go for slaughter cut and wrap. The service is second to none. The prices are way too low.

Chucks was recommended by my coworker. We bought a lamb 10 days ago and as its mentioned on the review the meat is so good. I went back late after 3:30 pm on Sunday 01/17/21. They were very busy and I couldt buy a lamb. The cut off time is/was 3:30 pm. However, Chuck gave me a $15 worth honey for free so that I wont be disappointed. Who does that?They have so many selections. I highly recommend this place!

Chuck has a large selection of lamb in different sizes. He also has goat and sometimes cow. I buy my lamb from him. He lets customers pick the lamb the want. The lamb is taken through a series of gates to inside the slaughter area. The staff will slaughter it in one cut so it is much humane. If anyone wants to do it themselves, they will teach and allow them. They will ask if you want to keep everything including intestines, organs and head. They keep cleaning the animal and floor with water hose. If you want them to cut into small pieces, you need to leave it over night. There is extra charge for it. For me it is a 2 day process since I pick one and have it slaughtered. The next day I pick it up. Also, he has fresh eggs for sell.

I heard about this slaughter over 10 years but I never been there why I don’t know and I got some comment from my coworker and I went last year Dec I got lamb one my mom and one myself but I order Wednesday to pick it up Friday so let me tell you this I had the meat flavored long time back home !!!!! I am so glad to tested the real food and actually I wanna to go before HUDADE tome comes 😋

Goats are expensive however, Chuck is the most trustworthy person and everyone knows that in Davis CA and around. He will always b fair and no matter what, will never favor you knowing that u r his permanent customer. May be bcoz of his goodness and just behavior, the meat has always turned out the best. Trust me, the meat taste is far duperior than anything i have bought from around.
