If I could give it no stars I would. 3 dryers stopped working on me. U always put one quarter to make sure hot. Add coins and all three did the same thing. Oh make it four

Dirty, machines barely functional, 3 seats. Poor repair, trash everywhere. I would compare it to a landfill, but those are cleaner than this place.

Hardly any washers work, dryers dont heat, over all dirty appearance. Shame its 1 of only 2 choices in Dixon

Place is filthy!! Been here one other time figure I’d give it a second chance; big mistake!!! Lights went out had to PAY AGAIN to restart my machine!!! Laundry attendant was on premises offered NO help!! However she did take the time to tell me I had to much soap in my other washer which in fact I added NO soap due to soap all ready in machine holder so obviously that doesn’t work correctly!!!!! The attendant did however get my machine back up and running BUT AT MY EXPENSE!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN

Old reliable... some washers and dryers act up on occasion but when I reached out to their maintenance phone number regarding a washer issue (not my own) they responded by text and phone call fairly quickly to get more information on the problem

Machines broke down a lot. Not very clean.

Wow! Is all I can say ! How this place should be shut down, the washers do not spin .Out, the dryers have no seals on the doors so your clothes just fallOut on the floor . a.nd to top .It off the change machine never w.works or has change.....Nge

Open the lid to add detergent and find black mold in every similar washer cant adjust temperature on washer, $0.25 gets you 7 minutes on dryer. This is what happens with a monopoly. You tell me
